    摘要: A partially deactivated metal ferrite oxidative dehydrogenation catalyst can be reactivated by contacting the catalyst with a relatively large amount of halogen. For example the yield from a Mg ferrite used in the oxidative dehydrogenation of n-butenes to butadiene had declined from 55.1 to 52.4 percent after 1,350 hours on stream. The catalyst was treated with up to 6,800 ppm of chlorine and after termination of the halogen and removal of residual halogen the yield was 55.9 percent. It was not necessary to remove the catalyst for activation or to stop the oxidative dehydrogenation.
