Abstract: Provided is a hot press formed product, which is prepared by means of hot press forming of a Zn—Al—Mg-based plated steel material comprising base iron and a Zn—Al—Mg-based plated layer, and a method for preparing the same, the hot press formed product comprising an oxide layer formed on the surface thereof, wherein the content ratio of Al to Mg (Al/Mg) in the oxide layer is 0.8 or more.

Abstract: A plated steel wire, according to one aspect of the present invention, comprises: a base steel wire; and a zinc alloy plated layer. The zinc alloy plated layer comprises, in percentage by weight: 1.0% to 3.0% of AI; 1.0% to 2.0% of Mg; 0.5% to 5.0% of Fe; and the balance being Zn and unavoidable impurities, and includes a Zn/MgZn2/AI ternary eutectic structure, a Zn single-phase structure, and an Fe—Zn-AI-based crystal structure, wherein the Fe—Zn-AI-based crystal structure is formed adjacent to the base steel wire, and can have an average thickness of ⅕ to ½ with respect to an average thickness of the zinc alloy plated layer.

Abstract: Disclosed are a hot press-formed article and a method for manufacturing the same. The article is manufactured by hot press forming a galvanized steel sheet comprising a base steel plate and a zinc-based coat layer formed on a surface of the base steel plate, wherein the zinc-based coat layer contains at least one element selected from the group consisting of Sb, Sn, and Bi in a total amount of 0.05% to 2.0% by weight, and a balanced amount of Zn and inevitable impurities, at least 70% by weight of the at least one element selected from the group consisting of Sb, Sn, Bi being concentrated in a region 3 μm or less distant from the surface of an alloyed zinc-based coat layer, formed by alloying the zinc-based coat layer, of the hot press-formed article.

Abstract: A hot-dip galvanized steel sheet according to one aspect of the present invention comprises a base steel sheet and a hot-dip galvanized layer formed on the surface of the base steel sheet, wherein the difference between the average of the Mn/Si values of surface oxides present on a surface portion, which is the region from the interface between the hot-dip galvanized layer and the base steel sheet to a depth of 15 nm, and the average of the Mn/Si values of internal oxides, which are present in the region from the interface to a depth of 50-100 nm, can be 0.5 or more. Mn and Si of each oxide mean the amounts (wt %) of Mn and Si components in the oxide, which are measured by EDS, and the average of Mn/Si values means the averaged value of the Mn/Si values measured for each oxide.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a high-strength hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet having excellent surface quality and spot weldability and a method for manufacturing same. The hot-dipped galvanized steel sheet according to one aspect of the present invention comprises a base steel sheet and a hot-dipped galvanized layer formed on the surface of the base steel sheet, in which an inhibiting layer made of an Fe—Al alloy can be formed at an area ratio of 60% or more between the base steel sheet and the hot-dipped galvanized layer.
