    摘要: A forming method of a deep cavity thin-walled metal component with extremely small fillet radius is provided. In the forming method of a deep cavity thin-walled metal component with extremely small fillet radius, a global cavity is formed by deep drawing by means of a rigid die, an extremely small fillet is formed by means of a extrusion/pushing die, so that the deep drawing process is independent of the extremely small fillet forming process, and the problems of wrinkling, cracking and the like in the process of forming the two simultaneously are avoided. Thus, the problem that the extremely small fillet is difficult or impossible to form can be solved.

    摘要: A method is provided for the creation of an addendum for use in the design and production of sheet metal formed components, which method uses a sectionless approach. In a preferred approach, elevation curve (EC) lines are established relating to the component (ECc) and binder (ECb), and it is these lines which are used to design the addendum. Additional EC lines (EC1, EC2, EC3, etc.) can be added to modify or optimize the addendum design. The spaces between the EC lines are filled using various parameterized filling techniques so as to provide the addendum design. Optimization of the addendum can be achieved by modification of the various EC lines, so as to modify or control the various design parameters, in accordance with various quality or design criteria. A more rapid, and less complicated approach to addendum design is provided.

    摘要: Disclosed is an ultra-low temperature medium pressure forming method for complex curved-shaped components. The method includes steps of distributing a blank by die closing preforming and forming the complex curved-shaped components by ultra-low temperature medium pressurization, comprising: placing a plate on a female die and tightly pressing the plate by a blank holder; driving a male die to move downwards to make the plate distribute the blank in advance in a large-area mode, thus forming a prefabricated plate blank; filling a cavity with an ultra-low temperature medium to make the prefabricated plate blank be gradually attached to a molded surface of a female die cavity under the pressure action of the ultra-low temperature medium, and thereby forming the complex curved-shaped component; and removing the male die blank holder and taking out the formed complex curved-shaped component.

    摘要: The method includes treating a metal sheet having a bcc structure and a surface satisfying conditions (a) or (b), molding the metal sheet to cause plane strain tensile deformation and biaxial tensile deformation, and allowing at least one part of the metal sheet to have a sheet thickness decrease rate of from 10% to 30%. Condition (a): an area fraction of crystal grains having a crystal orientation of 15° or less relative to a (001) plane parallel to a surface of the metal sheet is from 0.20 to 0.35. Condition (b): the area fraction of crystal grains having a crystal orientation of 15° or less relative to a (001) plane parallel to a surface of the metal sheet is 0.45 or less, the average crystal grain size thereof is 15 μm or less. The molded product satisfies conditions (a) or (b).
