    摘要: The image processing apparatus performs region designation with respect to a displayed image. The image processing apparatus comprises a display unit configured to display an image constituted by a predetermined number of pixels, an input unit configured to receive a selection operation with respect to the image, a control unit, and a storage unit. The control unit generates a plurality of divided regions acquired by dividing the image in accordance with similarity calculated based on pixel values and pixel locations. Each time a divided region among the plurality of divided regions is selected according to the selection operation received by the input unit, the control unit stores identification information of the selected divided region in the storage unit in association with a selection order of selecting the divided region.
