Abstract: A server is an image processing apparatus that is connectable to one or more cameras, which shoot images inside an aircraft, and distinguishes a crewmember from among a plurality of people present inside the aircraft. The server includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores image data output from the cameras and behavior patterns specific to the crewmember. The processor determines the crewmember from among the plurality of people by detecting a behavior specific to the crewmember from the image data stored in the memory based on the behavior patterns specific to the crewmember, and outputs a result of the determination.

Abstract: An optical communication method is an optical communication method for performing optical communication with a light-emitting device serving as a communication target. The optical communication method includes: a first step of reading information relating to a distance to the light-emitting device and information relating to a size of a light-emitting region included in the light-emitting device, the information relating to the distance and the information relating to the size being stored in advance; a second step of controlling an imaging range of a camera based on the information relating to the distance and the information relating to the size, the camera capturing an image of light from the light-emitting device; and a third step of extracting a signal from light emitted from the light-emitting device based on image data that the camera has captured in the imaging range.

Abstract: An image transmission apparatus is connected to a plurality of cameras that image the interior of a moving body, and includes a receiver, a processor, and a transmitter. The receiver receives, from an external device of the moving body, an image transmission request and imaging subject information that identifies a passenger to be imaged. The processor selects, based on the imaging subject information, an image captured by at least one camera of the plurality of cameras, and executes processing to remove, from the selected image, other image regions aside from the image region that covers the passenger to be imaged. The transmitter transmits the image that has been processed to the external device.

The processor of the sound collecting device synthesizes the audio data of the plurality of sound collecting units on the basis of the time data of the plurality of sound collecting units, and outputs, from the output unit, the audio data of the sound collecting location.
