    Abstract: A processor of an information processing device acquires first device information including failure information related to each client terminal, and failure resolution information, and generates a failure database containing the failure information and the failure resolution information associated with each other. The processor acquires second device information related to each client terminal at a predetermined time interval, and performs, in the failure database, primary search for the failure resolution information based on information for search for searching for the failure resolution information. The processor performs, in the second device information, secondary search for the information of the client terminal specified by the information for search, extracts specific information of the specified client terminal from the failure resolution information by extracting information corresponding to a result of the secondary search from a result of the primary search, and transmits the specific information to the specified client terminal by the output unit.

The information processing device includes: a third recording medium storing encrypted data; and a control unit that reads the encrypted data from the third recording medium and decrypts the encrypted data. At the time of start-up of the information processing device, the control unit operates in accordance with the firmware to generate a decryption key for decrypting the encrypted data, from the first key information and the second key information.

The computing circuit determines a direction of the character or the character string in each of the character regions. The computing circuit recognizes the character or the character string in each of the character regions.     Abstract: A measurement device includes: an imager that captures a target including a pallet and a load, the pallet including a reference target; an image processing unit that extracts a specific region in each of the reference target and a region of the load based on image data of the target; and a calculator that acquires first coordinate information indicating 3D coordinates associated with the image data of the target and standard load form structure information indicating a structural dimension of a standard load form of the pallet associated with coordinates of the specific region, and calculates protruding lengths of the load protruding from the pallet. The image processing unit extracts the specific region by inputting the image data of the target into a first machine learning model subjected to training by using, as training data, image data of the pallet and data indicating the specific region.
