Abstract: An in-vehicle heating device according to the present invention is provided on a lower part of a front side of a seat cushion (31) serving as a seating unit of a vehicle seat (30). The in-vehicle heating device includes: an air feeder (11) including a suction opening (11a) through which external air is sucked into the air feeder (11); a warm air generator (12) including a heater (22) therein, the warm air generator (12) being configured to heat air fed from the air feeder (11) to generate warm air; and a blow-out unit configured to blow out the warm air from the warm air generator (12), such that the warm air is blown out forward of the seat cushion (31). At least a part of the blow-out unit is positioned at a front of the seat cushion (31), and doubles as a front shield, which serves as a decorative member.

Abstract: A seat heater includes: a base material; and a heater wire disposed on the base material. The base material has a fold-back portion projecting from an edge of the base material where a cutout portion is formed. The heater wire is disposed on the fold-back portion. In a state where the fold-back portion is folded back toward a base material side, a proximal portion of the fold-back portion is positioned inside the edge of the base material. With such a configuration, the seat heater whose temperature elevation performance is not deteriorated can be realized.

Abstract: A seat heater mounted to a seat includes: a heating wire; a base material provided with the heating wire and having air permeability; an excessive temperature rise prevention element that prevents an excessive temperature rise of the heating wire; and an auxiliary heating wire that heats the excessive temperature rise prevention element, in which air permeability in an auxiliary heater area provided with the auxiliary heating wire is lower than air permeability in a heater area provided with the heating wire, so that heat dissipation in the auxiliary heater area is suppressed to enable a temperature of the excessive temperature rise prevention element to rise efficiently to follow the temperature rise of the heater area.

Abstract: A seat heater includes a seating heater, a protection device of a non-resettable type, a base material, and a protecting heater. The protection device has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The base material is a sheet having a first covering portion covering the first surface and a second covering portion covering the second surface, and is folded so that the first covering portion and the second covering portion face each other. The protecting heater heats the protection device. The protecting heater includes a pair of first heating portions and a second heating portion. The pair of first heating portions are formed as a meandered shape only on a surface, which faces the second covering portion, of the first covering portion. The second heating portion is disposed between the pair of first heating portions, and formed as a meandered shape both on the surface, which faces the second covering portion, of the first covering portion, and on a surface, which faces the first covering portion, of the second covering portion.

Abstract: A vehicle seat heater is provided in a vehicle seat. This vehicle seat heater includes a first heat generator, second heat generator, and controller. The first heat generator is disposed in a first area of the vehicle seat supporting an occupant. The second heat generator is disposed in a second area not being in contact with the occupant or being less pressed by the occupant than the first area is. The controller controls current application to the first heat generator in a manner such that a heating temperature zone of the first heat generator is a direct heat transfer temperature zone close to a body temperature of the occupant, and also controls current application to the second heat generator in a manner such that a heating temperature zone of the second heat generator is a radiation heat transfer temperature zone.
