    Abstract: A system for air pressure electric switch adjustment comprises a frame. A pressure port is mounted to the frame for connection to a source of fluid under pressure to be monitored. An actuator is movably mounted relative to the frame responsive to fluid pressure at the pressure port. A switch includes a fixed contact and a movable contact. The fixed contact is fixedly mounted relative to the frame. A differential mechanism comprising a pair of linked levers is hingedly mounted to the frame. One of the linked levers is driven by the actuator. The other lever carries the movable contact. A snap spring links the two levers so that the other lever is normally in a first position with the switch in a normal state. The other lever is toggled responsive to pivotal movement of the one lever by the snap spring to a second position with the switch in an actuated state. A switch adjustment mechanism is operatively mounted to the frame for varying the first position of the other lever relative to the one lever to vary actuation pressure.

    Abstract: Broadly, there is disclosed in accordance with a first aspect of the invention a reversible housing base for a motor controller having controllable switches of selectable size and bus bars having size selected according to switch size. The reversible housing base comprises a front wall, a rear wall and opposite side walls. The side walls are connected to the front and rear walls in a rectangular configuration to surround the switches and to define a top surface and an opposite bottom surface. The front and rear wall top surface each has a set of slots of a first size to support a first size of bus bars and the front and rear wall bottom surface each has a set of slots of a second size to support a second size of bus bars. The orientation of the housing base is reversible according to size of the bus bars.

    Abstract: A modular selector switch operator includes a housing and a cylinder rotationally mounted in the housing. The cylinder has a radially extending follower and a circumferential cam track. A knob extends forwardly of the housing and is operatively connected to the cylinder for rotating the cylinder. A pusher is received in the housing and has a follower pin riding in the cam track to convert rotational movement of the cylinder to linear movement of the pusher for actuating an electrical switch, in use. An indexing cam ring is concentrically mounted to the cylinder in the housing in one of two orientations with the cylinder follower engaging the cam ring. A first orientation provides a maintained actuation position relative to a neutral position. A second orientation provides a momentary actuation position relative to the neutral position.
