摘要： A rinse aid composition containing an organosilane and a low molecular weight monofunctional organic acid is capable of imparting soil release benefits to cooking utensils and tableware rinsed therewith. Food soils adhere to such surfaces less strongly, thereby making them easier to clean. The inclusion of the monofunctional organic acid insures that objectionable spotting or filming does not form on the rinsed objects.
