摘要: A windshield cleaning system with a spraying device is described, in which windshield cleaning system a jet element made of an elastic material is carried in an adjustable jet body formed in the shape of a ball. The jet element is formed with elastic lips forming a spraying mouth which is normally closed and which is located outside of the jet body. The spraying mouth is opened by the pressure of the washing liquid. With such an arrangement the direction of the spraying jet can be adjusted and the washing liquid is prevented from freezing due to the fact that the spraying mouth can be closed.

摘要: A windshield wiper unit has a slide which is supported so as to be movable in a longitudinal direction in a housing which is driven to and fro, and a wiper arm which is fastened with a fastening part to an end section of the slide. A low overall height is achieved by the fastening part having a recess with which it is placed on the end section of the slide in the longitudinal direction of the slide and by the end section being jammed in the recess.

摘要: A wiper system, which is used especially for motor vehicles and in which the pendulum-motion of at least one wiper blade is overlapped by a motion of the wiper blade in its longitudinal direction. The wiper blade can be moved by means of a gearing that can be driven via a stroking shaft coaxially running to the wiper shaft. The stroking shaft is connected to a coupler via a stroking swivelling lever, which coupler is linked to an intermediate lever that can swivellably be driven around a fixed axis by the drive motor. In order to be able to wipe a big part of the windshield of a motor vehicle, the coupler passes a dead center when the intermediate lever is swivelling from the one reversing position to the other, in which dead center the coupler reverses the direction of its motion.

摘要: A windshield wiper, especially for motor vehicle, is described comprising a carrier yoke, a rubber element, and a resilient support for the rubber element on the carrier yoke. The resilient support of the rubber element includes a resilient strip with several resilient lugs pointing in a first direction and at least one resilient lug pointing in a second direction opposite to the first direction. Thus, the rubber element is guided and resiliently supported on the carrier yoke at both ends.

摘要: In a windshield wiper system for motor vehicles the contact pressure of the wiper onto the window is adjustable while the wiper is moving. For this purpose a multi-part actuator driven by an electromotive adjusting device and guided in a bore of the wiper shaft is axially displaced. The multi-part construction of this actuator compensates for faulty alignment, so that the adjusting mechanism operates with a good efficiency and enables rapid adjusting times.

摘要: A replacement assembly for a wiper blade for cleaning the windshield of a motor vehicle includes an elastic wiper blade assembly that has a top part and a wiper lip, with one respective elastic rail inserted into two lateral longitudinal grooves in the top part and retained therein by a retaining clip. An end piece on the end and the retaining clip both hold the elastic rails in the longitudinal grooves. The end piece is attached to one end of the wiper blade assembly, with said end piece securing the wiper blade assembly on the wiper blade frame in the longitudinal direction with the end to insure simple and safe handling of the replacement assembly.

摘要: A windshield wiper blade for a vehicle windshield wiper device features a wiper blade rubber made of a resiliently deformable material which exhibits a backing to which two parallel wiper lips are connected by means of a flexible neck and an intensive-cleaning element attached to each of the mutually remote longitudinal sides of the wiper lips, wherein the intensive-cleaning element leading relative to the direction of motion of the wiper blade rubber and the wiping edge of the trailing wiper lip contacts the windshield. In order to improve the wiping quality of the wiper blade rubber, both wiper lips exhibit an essentially triangular cross-section of standard wiper blade rubbers and are connected to the backing in such a way that, when the wiper is operating, each can be supported on the bottom side of the backing with a shoulder lying at the rear in relation to the direction of motion. In another variant designed to improve the wiping quality of the wiper blade rubber, the intensive-cleaning elements are formed by numerous individual segments mutually spaced along the length of the wiper blade rubber, with the segments of one intensive-cleaning element offset in the longitudinal direction relative to the segments of the other intensive-cleaning element.
