摘要： There is described a self-developing film unit which has a photosensitive member and an image-receiving member and wherein one outermost surface of the film unit comprises a support layer carrying a layer of a releasable material and a layer of an adhesive material. After an image is formed in the film unit by photoexposure of the photosensitive element and photographic processing of the exposed photosensitive element, the support and releasable material layer can be removed and the film unit or the image-receiving element, as the case may be, adhered to a surface for viewing of the image.

摘要： An electronic image printing apparatus is provided on the front face thereof with an improved downloading film access door assembly. The door assembly pivots substantially under the force of gravity from an upright closed position to an extended fully open position wherein a film cassette may be inserted into and/or withdrawn from a film cassette receiving carriage which is disposed for controlled reciprocal sliding translation during the printing process. A dashpot is provided for dampening the pivotal movement of the film loading access door so that it progressively decelerates as it approaches its open extended position so as to gradually come to a stop without substantial vibration or shock. The dashpot also includes a spring which extends through the back wall thereof to counter the increase in the weight induced opening torque as the door pivots downwardly.There is also provided a latch assembly including a pivoting lever member which is cammed by the film access door assembly to latch the film cassette receiving carriage in its initial position when the door assembly is open to inhibit accidental movement of the carriage during film cassette insertion and/or withdrawal.

摘要： A photographic method and apparatus for producing a motion picture including moving a film unit in one direction and the optics system along an arcuate path generally laterally thereto so as to produce a plurality of images on the film unit. The camera utilizes means for intermittently moving the film unit, such as a film card, in a first direction with the image produced in sequence in a plurality of parallel, arcuate rows generally laterally of the first direction. 摘要： An accessory for use in an instant camera designed for standard film packs and by which the same camera may be used to expose and process film units of reduced image format size prepackaged in corresepondingly sized film packs. The accessory takes the form of a U-shaped housing having exterior planar dimensions to complement the interior planar dimensions of a well in the camera designed to receive a standard film pack. This configuration of the housing establishes a front opening chamber to receive and position the modified film pack of reduced size. The accessory is further configured to retain and position a sheet-like battery in position for supplying electric power to the camera during exposure and processing of a plurality of the reduced sized film packs. Indicating means are also contained in the accessory for informing the camera operator as to the charge level of the storage battery. The indicating means may be either an electrical battery testing circuit or a mechanical counter and indicator by which the user is informed of the need to change the battery after a predetermined number of film packs have been exposed and processed in the camera.

摘要： A photographic viewing system for use with a film unit having images formed in arcuate, or crescent-shaped, rows thereon. The system utilizes a fixed light source for directing light to a selected arcuate row of images which are to be sequentially viewed and an optics system moves along an arcuate path which corresponds to such selected arcuate row of images so as to produce sequential optical images representing the image on the film unit. A viewing means, such as a monocular eyepiece member or a projection system, provides for the viewing of the optical images that are so produced. The rate of image production is controlled by control of a variable speed motor by the operator. The overall system can be fabricated as a compact, lightweight hand-held unit.
