Abstract: A method for producing a polyacetal resin composition which allows for suppression of formaldehyde generation from a molded article to an extremely low level, and stable suppression of mold deposits during molding. The polyacetal resin composition contains: 100 parts by mass of a polyacetal polymer (A); 0.01 to 0.50 parts by mass of an aliphatic carboxylic acid hydrazide (B); 0.001 to 0.50 parts by mass of a hydantoin compound having two hydrazinocarbonylalkyl groups (C); and 0.001 to 0.30 parts by mass of an alkaline earth metal salt of aliphatic carboxylic acid (D), wherein the total amount of the components (B) and (C) with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyacetal polymer (A) is 0.03 to 0.55 parts by mass, and the polyacetal polymer (A) is a polyacetal copolymer obtained by copolymerizing trioxane as a principal monomer (a) with a cyclic ether having at least one carbon-carbon bond as a comonomer (b) using a heteropolyacid represented by general formula (1) as a polymerization catalyst (c) to obtain a reaction product, and subsequently adding a carbonate of an alkali metal element or alkaline earth metal element (d) to the reaction product to deactivate the polymerization catalyst (c).

Abstract: A polyacetal resin composition capable of keeping the generation of formaldehyde from a molded article at a very low level and stably keeping mold deposits at a minimum during molding. The polyacetal resin composition includes at least (A) 100 parts by mass of a polyacetal polymer, (B) 0.01-0.50 parts by mass of an aliphatic carboxylic hydrazide, (C) 0.001-0.50 part by mass of a hydantoin compound having two hydrazinocarbonylalkyl groups, and (D) 0.001-0.30 part by mass of an alkaline earth metal salt of an aliphatic carboxylic acid. The total amount of (B) and (C) is 0.03-0.55 part by mass per 100 parts by mass of the (A) polyacetal polymer.

Abstract: The present invention provides a powdery material for a 3D printer from which a high-density and high-strength three-dimensional shaped object having an excellent appearance can be fabricated, a three-dimensional shaped object obtained by using the same, and a production method therefor. The powdery material (X) for a 3D printer is a powdery material (X) comprising a polyacetal copolymer resin powder (I), wherein a percentage occupied by comonomer units among all constituent units (100 mass %) in the polyacetal copolymer resin is at least 1.0 mass % and at most 6.0 mass %, an average particle diameter of the powder (I) is at least 30 μm and at most 70 μm, and a melt flow rate of the powder (I) measured at a temperature of 190° C. and with a load of 2.16 kg is at least 1.0 g/10 min and at most 8.0 g/10 min.
