摘要: A polymide resin is the product of a reaction between an imidized compound (P) of a polyamic acid resin with a compound (C) having a functional group, that can react with a phenolic hydroxyl group, and an ethylenically unsaturated double bond group. The polyamic acid resin is a copolymer of amino compounds (A) and a tetrabasic acid dianhydride (B). Amino compounds (A) contain an aminophenol compound (a1) having at least two amino groups per molecule, an aliphatic diamino compound (a2) having 6-36 carbon atoms, and an aromatic diamino compound (a3) having no phenolic hydroxyl group.

摘要: The present invention provides a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin that has resistance to thermal decomposition, provides excellent continuous productivity in molding, and imparts both processability and unevenness-preventing properties to a molded article. The present invention relates to a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin, containing three components including a A150 component, a B150 component, and a C150 component, and having a percentage of the C150 component (C150 component/(A150 component+B150 component+C150 component)) of less than 8.0%, the three components being identified by measuring the chlorinated polyvinyl chloride resin by a solid echo method using pulse NMR at 150° C. to give a free induction decay curve of 1H spin-spin relaxation, and subjecting the free induction decay curve to waveform separation into three curves derived from the A150 component, the B150 component, and the C150 component in order of shorter relaxation time using the least square method.

摘要: A process for producing PU foams using recycled polyols can be performed by reacting at least one polyol component, which has a recycled polyol, with at least one isocyanate component in the presence of one or more catalysts that catalyse the isocyanate-polyol and/or isocyanate-water and/or isocyanate trimerization reactions. The process also includes at least one foam stabilizer and optionally one or more chemical or physical blowing agents. The employed recycled polyol has toluene 2,4-diamine, toluene 2,6-diamine, 2,2′-diaminodiphenylmethane, 2,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane and/or 4,4′-diaminodiphenylmethane, and specifically in a total amount of 0.00001% to 0.4% by weight, preferably 0.00002% to 0.2% by weight, more preferably 0.00005% to 0.1% by weight, based on the total recycled polyol.

摘要: Polymer compositions for making a stabilized polymeric articles that are resistant to discoloration upon exposure to UV-C light having: (i) an organic polymeric material; and (ii) a hindered phenol, organic phosphite, or a combination thereof, with the provisos that: (a) the OH group on the aromatic ring of the hindered phenol is flanked by two tertiary hydrocarbyl groups, and (b) the organic phosphite does not have any-OAr group linked directly to the P atom of the phosphite, wherein Ar represents an unsubstituted or substituted aryl group, are provided herein. Reduced discoloration is associated with the use of specific hindered phenols and the organic phosphites compared to other hindered phenols and organic phosphites, even in the absence of other polymer additives including UV absorbers, hindered amine light stabilizers (HALS), metal oxides and/or barium salts. Methods of reducing discoloration of an organic polymeric material upon exposure to UV-C light are also provided, wherein such methods include the step of adding to the organic polymeric material a stabilizing amount of hindered phenol, organic phosphite, or a combination thereof.

摘要: The present invention is directed to a polyolefin composition which provides improved contrast of laser marks. It is suitable for many applications where precise marking of a molded article made of a polyolefin composition is required, e.g. as outer layer of a wire or cable or in automotive applications. The polyolefin composition of the present invention comprises a polyolefin, carbon black in an amount of 0.25 to 1.0 wt % and an optical brightener in an amount of 0.001 to 0.1 wt %. The present invention is further directed to a molded article comprising the polyolefin composition of the present invention. Further on, the present invention is directed to the use of the polyolefin composition of the present invention as an outer layer of a cable. Finally, the present invention is directed to a method of inducing print on a molded article by laser printing.
