The RSC is configured to have a heat transfer area such that the RSC generates a pressure and a temperature of the fluid exiting the RSC to a level allowing for superheating of the fluid to between approximately 750° Fahrenheit and approximately 850° Fahrenheit. Additionally, the heat transfer area is determined based on an amount of heat to be transferred to the fluid as the fluid passes through a heat exchanger in a first path external to the RSC.
