Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a sounding reference signal (SRS) to a base station using an SRS antenna switch (SRS-AS) or an SRS carrier switch (SRS-CS) transmission technique and the UE may feature multiple antenna groups that have separate exposure budgets due to their spatial separation. The UE may employ one or more accounting procedures for tracking energy contributions associated with the SRS across the multiple antenna groups of the UE and may employ one or more power control procedures for setting a transmit power for an uplink signal in accordance with the energy contributions associated with the SRS.

Abstract: The base station may transmit to the UE, a first part and a second part of a PDSCH. The UE may decode the second part of the PDSCH. Decoding the first part of the PDSCH based on the decoding of the second part of the PDSCH may include correcting for the at least one of the ICI or the CPE associated with the PDSCH.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for sharing a maximum transmit power limit between a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT. In one aspect, a wireless communication apparatus may reduce the maximum transmit power limit of a first uplink signal associated with the first RAT to obtain a first transmit power. The wireless communication apparatus may allocate a second transmit power remaining from the maximum transmit power limit to a second uplink signal associated with the second RAT. The wireless communication apparatus may reduce the maximum transmit power limit when the wireless communication apparatus is located at a cell edge, and a higher priority of the first RAT in relation to the second RAT may otherwise result in the second transmit power of the second uplink signal not satisfying a threshold.

In one aspect, a user equipment (UE) can cancel at least a portion of a first uplink transmission where the first uplink transmission overlaps with a second uplink transmission scheduled by a target cell in a dual active protocol stack (DAPS)-based handover (HO). In another aspect, a network can receive, from the UE, a capability indicating whether cancelling uplink transmission from a source cell in DAPS-based HO is supported, and the network can schedule an uplink transmission for the UE during the DAPS-based HO to the target cell based on the capability.
