    Abstract: A method and apparatus for reporting delay budgets for Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communications (URLLC) uplink transmissions during wireless communications are described. The method and apparatus include receiving one or more URLLC data packets at a medium access control (MAC) buffer of a user equipment (UE), the one or more URLLC data packets scheduled for transmission to a network entity. The method and apparatus include determining a delay budget for the one or more URLLC data packets at the MAC buffer, the delay budget including information corresponding to an expiration of a transmission deadline. The method and apparatus include transmitting the delay budget to the network entity to allocate resources on an uplink data channel such that transmissions of the one or more URLLC data packets from the UE to the network entity satisfy a reliability threshold.

    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclose provide various methods and apparatuses for communicating, controlling, and configuring component carrier and bandwidth part (BWP). A scheduling entity receives a capability report from a user equipment (UE). The capability report indicates a capability of the UE to utilize at least one of carrier aggregation (CA) or one or more bandwidth parts. The scheduling entity transmits a command to the UE to reconfigure at least one of a CA configuration or a bandwidth part (BWP) configuration. The scheduling entity determines an anticipated response timing of an acknowledgment (ACK) of the command based on the capability report received from the UE. The scheduling entity receives the ACK according to the anticipated response timing.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) processing in presence of downlink preemption indication (DLPI). A method for wireless communication by a base station (BS) includes determining a feedback timing indicator associated with a PDSCH transmission to a user equipment (UE) in a first slot. The determination is based on a first number of slots from the first slot until transmission of a DLPI to the UE in a second slot and a second number slots for a minimum processing time associated with the UE. The method includes sending downlink control information (DCI) to the UE scheduling the PDSCH transmission to the UE in the first slot. The DCI includes the feedback timing indicator. The UE determines how to process the PDSCH based on the feedback timing indicator.
