Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a first device may detect that a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) system information block (SIB) or reconfiguration information is unavailable based at least in part on a first subscription of the first device satisfying a condition. The first device may determine the V2X SIB or reconfiguration information associated with the first subscription based at least in part on V2X SIB or reconfiguration information associated with a second subscription of the first device. The first device may perform, to one or more of a network node or a second device and using the first subscription, a V2X transmission using the V2X SIB or reconfiguration information associated with the second subscription. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, configuration information indicating a wake-up signal (WUS) configuration associated with a discontinuous reception (DRX) cycle, wherein the WU'S configuration indicates one or more WUS occasions. The UE may identify one or more conditions. The UE may refrain from monitoring at least one WUS occasion, from the one or more WUS occasions, based at least in part on the identification of the one or more conditions. The UE may monitor one or more resources during an on duration associated with the DRX cycle. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: Techniques and apparatuses described herein enable a user equipment (UE) to adjust a measurement period indicated by a measurement schedule for neighbor cell measurement. For example, the UE may receive the measurement schedule. The measurement schedule may indicate a baseline measurement period. The UE may determine a measurement period (referred to as a determined measurement period) based at least in part on a received power value (such as an Srxlev) associated with the serving cell and a received power value for one or more neighbor cells.
