The UE may identify a resource availability metric and a message requirement metric for each of the one or more proximity service priority levels, the second protocol layer being a higher layer than the first protocol layer. The UE may determine a message generation rate for each of the one or more proximity service priority levels based on the channel occupancy ratio, or the resource availability metric, or the message requirement metric, or a combination thereof. The UE may generate one or more messages for each of the one or more proximity service priority levels based on the message generation rate.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for inter-message certificate and digest arrangements in wireless communications systems. A first wireless device may transmit a message with a certificate, where subsequent messages include digests that correspond to the certificate. Digests may have a smaller data size than the certificate. A second wireless device may use a digest to identify a corresponding certificate transmitted in the message, and the second wireless device may use the certificate to verify that the first wireless device is the authorized transmitter of each message. In some examples, the message with the certificate may be an anchor message. In some examples, the message with the certificate may be an earliest message after an expiration or restart of a timer.

摘要: Aspects are provided which resolve neighbor beam-wise interference. A UE obtains a plurality of reference signals from each of at least one neighbor base station, where each of the reference signals is obtained in a different beam, and each of the neighbor base station(s) is in a different neighbor cell. The UE then measures a signal strength associated with each of the reference signals, and the UE indicates one or more of the reference signals to a serving base station in a serving cell, where the signal strength of each of the reference signal(s) indicated to the serving base station exceeds a threshold RSRP. After the serving base station obtains the indication from the UE, the serving base station coordinates with the neighbor base station(s) to modify one or more transmission parameters in response to the indication.

An apparatus transmits, to a wireless communication device positioned within an over-the-air (OTA) space, one or more reference signals. The apparatus receives, from the wireless communication device, channel state information in response to the one or more reference signals. The apparatus determines a channel estimate for the OTA space based on the received channel state information. The apparatus transmits, to the wireless communication device, a communication signal based on a reference channel and the channel estimate for the OTA space.
