摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a user equipment (UE) may receive a control message indicating one or more parameters associated with selecting one or more cells. The UE may select one or more first cells to monitor for a paging message based on the one or more parameters and may monitor the one or more first cells for the paging message in an idle mode, inactive mode, or any non-connected mode based on the selection. Additionally, the UE may select one of the one or more first cells or a second cell to establish a connection based on monitoring for the paging message and may establish the connection with the one of the one or more first cells or the second cell based on the selection.

摘要: A method, apparatus and computer-readable medium for transmitting a medium access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) including one or more MAC service data units (SDUs) of a logical channel; and transmitting a first type of MAC subheader including or excluding first logical channel identifier (LCID) information and including or excluding first length information, wherein a first size of the first LCID information is equal to or smaller than a second size of second LCID information of a second type of MAC subheader that is different than the first type of MAC subheader, and a third size of the first length information is equal to or smaller than a fourth size of second length information of the second type of MAC subheader.

摘要: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a UE capability request message. The UE may transmit, to the base station in response to the UE capability request message, a UE capability information message that indicates one or more UE capabilities associated with one of a non-terrestrial network (NTN), a terrestrial network (TN), or both the NTN and the TN. Numerous other aspects are described.

摘要: A method for wireless communication by a wireless device includes receiving a first bit sequence and a second bit sequence from an upper layer of a wireless communication protocol stack. The first bit sequence is assigned a first class and the second bit sequence is assigned a second class. The second bit sequence is included in a same medium access control (MAC) packet data unit (PDU) as the first bit sequence. The method also includes processing, at a physical layer, the first bit sequence with a first quality of service (QoS) level, and the second bit sequence with a second QoS level that is different from the first QoS level.

摘要: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to receive, from a network entity, a control message indicating a serving cell group including a set of serving cells usable for wireless communications at the UE. The UE may determine whether to monitor for a multi-cell scheduling message for the serving cell group based on activation states of the set of serving cells of the serving cell group, where the multi-cell scheduling message includes scheduling information for multiple serving cells of the set of serving cells. The UE may then monitor at least a portion of control signaling that includes the multi-cell scheduling message in accordance with the determination.

摘要: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine that transmission of one or more first messages, to a wireless device and via a first radio access technology (RAT), does not meet a transmission quality threshold associated with the one or more first messages, wherein the one or more first messages are time domain multiplexed with one or more second messages that are to be transmitted to the wireless device via a second RAT. The UE may adjust a prioritization of the one or more first messages or the one or more second messages to prioritize the transmission of the one or more first messages over the one or more second messages. Numerous other aspects are described.

摘要: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may select a default value for a radio parameter used for communicating with a network node based at least in part on whether the network node is a terrestrial network (TN) node or a non-terrestrial network (NTN) node, an orbit type associated with the network node, or a coverage type associated with the network node. The UE may transmit a communication, e.g., to the network node based at least in part on the default value for the radio parameter. Numerous other aspects are described.
