The valve mechanism includes a first and second layer, which respectively include a passage opening that is substantially closed in a closed position of the valve mechanism by a corresponding cover region of the other respective layer. An adjusting element in the form of a tube with an adjustable volume provides a temporary passage position of the valve mechanism by lifting one of the cover regions of the corresponding layer from the corresponding passage opening.
