摘要： A process and a device are described for directly making liquid pig-iron from coarse iron ore. Hot sponge-iron particles are directly conveyed by a worm conveyor (17) through a communicating passage (19) from a direct-reduction blast-furnace shaft (2) into a smelter-gasifier (1), and a stream (24) of gas flows, after cooling to below 950.degree. C., in counter-current to the sponge-iron particles, from the smelter-gasifier (1) to the blast-furnace shaft (2), this gas stream having a volumetric flow-rate not more than 30 percent of the total reduction-gas flow reaching the blast-furnace shaft (FIG. 1).

摘要： According to a process for injecting metal-oxide-containing fine particles into a reducing gas, a central material stream formed by the fine particles and a carrier gas is introduced into the reducing gas and at least one gas stream formed by a secondary gas is directed against the material stream to ensure an optimum contact of the fine particles with the reducing gas, the gas stream atomizing the material stream and the fine particles being evenly distributed within the reducing gas.

摘要： An apparatus for generating an overview image of a plurality of images comprises a storage unit and an image processor. The storage unit stores a plurality of processed images of the overview image and is able to provide the overview image containing the plurality of processed images at their assigned positions for displaying. The image processor determines feature points of a new image and compares the determined feature points of the new image with feature points of a stored processed image to identify common feature points and to obtain 3-dimensional positions of the common feature points. Further, the image processor determines common feature points located within a predefined maximum distance of relevance to a reference plane based on the 3-dimensional positions of the common feature points to identify relevant common feature points. Further, the image processor processes the new image by assigning the new image to a position in the overview image based on a comparison of an image information of each relevant common feature point of the new image with an image information of each corresponding relevant common feature point of the stored processed image without considering common feature points located beyond the predefined maximum distance of relevance to the reference plane.

摘要： An apparatus for generating an overview image of a plurality of images includes an image preprocessor which preprocesses a new image by assigning the new image to a position in the overview image based on position information contained by meta-data of the new image. A storage unit stores a plurality of images of the overview image and provides the overview image for display. Further, the image processor receives accuracy information of the position information. The image processor determines an overlap region of the preprocessed new image and a stored image within the overview image based on the assigned positions of the preprocessed new image and of the stored image. Further, a controllable processing engine processes the preprocessed new image by re-adjusting the assigned position of the preprocessed new image based on comparing features of the overlap region of the preprocessed new image and the stored image. The controllable processing engine is controlled by accuracy information of the position information.

摘要： In a plant including a shaft, which, in its upper end region, includes a gas exhaust device and a charging arrangement for continuously charging bulk material, a temperature measuring device for measuring the temperature of the gas emerging from the bulk material is provided. In order to ensure the uniform treatment of the bulk material, i.e., a uniform gas passage through the same over the entire cross section of the shaft at little structural expenditures, several temperature measuring devices are provided in the upper end region of the shaft, distributed in a cross sectional plane, and the charging arrangement includes several tubular mouth pieces for forming at least one conical pile within the shaft, which are adjustable relative to the shaft cross section in the radial direction.
