    摘要： The invention enhances business intelligence systems by allowing both report authors and consumers (users of reports) operating in their individual choice of interface language to have full access to content (data) in that language, or in any one of a number of languages. This functionality is provided by the inclusion of at least two locales. The invention provides for defining locale mappings, mapping a locale from an unsupported locale to supported locale, defaulting to a valid locale for users with incomplete or invalid locale specifications, and for specifying object names, descriptions, and tips in multiple languages. Report authors do not need to know in advance which locale is to be used and this makes their job simpler

    摘要： An up-sampled half-band reconstruction filter has a seagull architecture in the form of a pair of parallel IIR filters, one receiving as an input an input signal delayed by one sample time and the other receiving as an input a reverse version of the input signal delayed by one sample time. The outputs from the pair of parallel IIR filters are combined with the input signal to produce a reconstruction filter output in response to the input signal.
