    摘要: A semiconductor device memory device (300) can include a sense amplifier (302) enabled according to a first sense signal (setn) and a second sense signal (setp). In a sense operation, a first sense signal (setn) can be driven to a first, below ground potential. Subsequently, in the same sense operation, the first sense signal (setn) can be raised and maintained at a ground potential. Such an approach can substantially eliminate a sense amplifier stall condition that can occur under low temperature and/or low voltage operation. According to another aspect of the embodiments, a more negative logical “0” value can be written back into the memory cell during an access and/or refresh operation. This more negative value is available due to the below ground level provided during a sense operation.

    摘要: A defect current contribution elimination technique may be suitable for dynamic random access memories (DRAMs) and other memory devices. A defect current can be eliminated by using an isolation circuit (106) between bitlines (102-0 and 102-1) and an associated sense amplifier circuit (104). Isolation circuit (106) can be controlled by programmable elements, such as fusible links, which are blown at wafer test to isolate the defective bitlines from the sense amplifier circuit. Isolated, defective bitlines may initially float, but based upon the type of defect, such bitlines can be resistively tied to another element, and as a result no DC current will flow. According to another implementation, controllable devices are placed between wordlines (206) and the wordline driver circuits (226-y). A current path through a defective wordline can be similarly cut-off.

    摘要: A wordline driver circuit can include single stage level shifters to translate a low voltage level (VGND to Vcc) to a high voltage level (Vnwl to Vpp). A wordline driver can further include a two-stage discharge circuit to pull down a wordline from a boosted high voltage Vpp to a boosted low voltage Vnwl. A two-stage discharge circuit can include (i) a first discharge path that can pull the wordline toward a first low voltage VGND; and (ii) a second discharge path that can pull the wordline toward a lower boosted low voltage Vnwl. Initially discharging a wordline to a first low voltage can reduce the amount of charge injected into a boosted low voltage Vnwl supply. A two-stage discharge circuit can be self timed or externally timed.

    摘要: There is disclosed herein a cart for computer cleaning. The cart includes a wheeled housing which defines a housing and a work surface at the top end of the frame. The housing includes a rear compartment in which a compressed gas unit, a retractable hose reel, a vacuum, and a retractable power cord are mounted. In addition, the housing includes an openable front compartment in which various tools are carried at convenient locations. The top of the cart carries a foldable work surface which may be folded to an open position wherein the computer components can be laid on the work surface. The frame defines a bottom well within which the hose reel may be partially positioned so as to lower the center of gravity and afford the cart with enhanced stability and reduce tipping susceptibility.

    摘要: This invention relates to a computer servicing cart which includes a structural frame for use in defining a housing for the cart and for use in carrying and rollably supporting said housing. The frame includes a base, uprights, and angular struts connecting the uprights and base. A cross member and a handle are secured to the uprights. Rolling means are secured to the base. Rearward rolling means are provided and includes an angularly disposed mount system for positioning larger rear wheels rearwardly for ease of rolling. The housing is formed about the frame and includes a forward section and a rearward section. The forward section is provided for carrying servicing items and the rearward section carries a vacuum tank, gas cylinder and a hose reel. The rearward section includes a depressed well section in the center thereof for receiving the hose reel in a lowered position. The top of the cart includes a foldable top for opening onto the handle and providing a work surface.

The top of the spike unit is internally secured within a bottom opening of the support pole by an epoxy wherein the bottom of the support pole rests on a generally circular ridge of the spike unit. The support pole is especially suitable for use with mailbox posts, birdhouse posts, volleyball posts, fences, or the like. The support pole may be securely inserted or removed from the ground without the need for concrete, shovels and other numerous tools. The support pole has an opening on its exterior side for temporarily receiving a perpendicularly inserted rod which is inserted therein so as to provide leverage for driving the support pole into the ground by rotating the support pole clockwise or counter-clockwise.
