    摘要: A wood board comprising a core layer comprising one or more strand boards formed by using a foaming binder, and at least one surface layer comprising oriented strand board, which is laminated to at least one surface of the core layer, the foaming binder being a mixture of a foaming resin and a non-foaming resin at a ratio within a range of 4:1-1:4. It is preferable that the thin wooden strips comprising the surface layer has at least one of an average length value and an average width value thereof which is larger than that of the thin wooden strips comprising the core layer. The wood board of the present invention has particularly superior resistance to moisture, and has low density and high strength. In the wood board of the present invention, it is possible to adjust the anisotropy of the strength thereof by adjusting the number of layers or the thickness thereof. The present invention furthermore provides a flooring material having high strength in which a decorative single sheet is applied to at least one surface of the wood board described above.

    摘要: The present invention provides a wood board, and a flooring material using this, which uses thin wooden strands as a raw material, has superior surface smoothness, and possesses sufficient strength and rigidity. The wood board in accordance with the present invention comprises a core layer 1 comprising a strand board, and a surface layer 2 comprising a oriented strand board which is laminated on at least one surface of the core layer 1; the surface layer 2 comprises thin wooden strands which are thinner than the thin wooden strands comprising the core layer, and furthermore, the flooring material of the present invention is obtained by laminating a decorative single sheet onto at least one of the surface layers 2 of the wood board. The wood board and flooring material in accordance with the present invention have high strength and superior surface smoothness. Furthermore, if a specified water-repelling agent is added to the binder which is used in molding, it is possible to obtain a wood board having superior water resistance. Furthermore, the present invention makes effective use of raw materials which were conventionally considered to be waste materials, so that it is possible to conserve forest resources, and to reduce raw material costs.

    摘要: A wood board of sufficient strength which demonstrates high dimensional stability and little warping can be obtained, while the production process therefor is simplified and may be carried out in less time and at a lower cost as compared to conventional methods by means of a method for producing a wood board comprising the steps of shaving lumber to produce wooden strands; applying a binder to the wooden strands; subjecting the binder coated wooden strands to a forming process to form a preformed material 1; and carrying out a steam injection pressing in which the preformed material 1 is subjected to thermal compression molding while being moisturized so as to obtain a molded material having a water content of 5 to 15%; as well as by means of a method for producing a wood board, comprising the steps of shaving lumber to produce wooden strands; applying a binder to the wooden strands after adjusting the water content of the wooden strands to 10 to 25%, or, alternatively, adding water when applying the binder to the wooden strands so that the water content is in the range of 10 to 25%; and subjecting the binder coated wooden strands to a forming process to form a preformed material 1; and carrying out thermal compression molding of the preformed material 1 to obtain a molded material having a water content of 5 to 15%.

    摘要: The present invention relates a method for manufacturing ligneous material, characterized in comprising the steps of acetylating wood elements selected from among wood pieces crushed from lumber, thin wood plates peeled from lumber, and wood fiber obtained by means of defibrating lumber, such that the degree of acetylation (weight percent gain) is 7% or greater, and preferably 7 to 18%; and binding the resultant aceylated wood elements, using a binder containing polyisocyanate. Thereby, it is possible to provide inexpensive ligneous material which exhibits only minor dimensional changes from moisture, wherein only a small amount of formaldehyde is released.

    摘要: An adhesive for a porous material is made of a curing agent composition and a principal component including an epoxy resin. The curing agent composition for the epoxy resin adhesive includes a water-based polyaminoamide curing agent or a water-based polyamide curing agent, having both a hydrophilic group and lipophilic group, tertiary amine, and water. The water-based polyaminoamide curing agent or the water-based polyamide curing agent is a condensate which is produced via a condensation reaction of polyaminoamide or polyamide with a dimer acid or trimer acid. The adhesive for a porous material precluding formaldehyde indicates a long pot life while demonstrating high adhesion in a short period of time.
