    Abstract: A method and a device for monitoring a field of view of a stationary sensor. The method includes: a first step for receiving recordings of surroundings of the sensor, which are generated at different times within a predefined measuring time frame with the aid of the sensor; a second step for ascertaining, based on the recordings, measuring points, which each represent positions and/or dimensions of objects in the surroundings of the sensor; a third step for grouping the ascertained measuring points based on a predefined similarity metric, where each group of measuring points is represented by a prototype; and a fourth step for ascertaining a change of content within the field of view of the sensor based on a comparison of the prototypes with a reference data set, which includes reference prototypes, whose underlying measuring points are ascertained in a reference state of the sensor and of the surroundings.

    Abstract: A method for operating an infrastructure sensor system, wherein the infrastructure sensor system comprises a plurality of networked infrastructure sensors arranged on a shared mounting device. First, data are transmitted to a sway estimation module by at least one of the infrastructure sensors, wherein the data comprise at least pre-processed data, for example environmental information and/or current measurement data, in particular raw data, detected by the respective infrastructure sensor. The transmitted data are further processed in the next step and the sway estimation module determines therefrom a motion function for the mounting device. Based on the motion function, correction information, for example for at least one of the infrastructure sensors, is now determined by the sway estimation module. The correction information and/or motion function can now be provided for further use, for example, to the respective infrastructure sensors or to a central computing unit.

    Abstract: A method for providing an event message indicative of an imminent event for a vehicle. In a first step, a first event message and a second event message are initially received. The first event message represents a signal output by a first mobile terminal device in response to the imminent event; and the second event message represents a signal output by a second mobile terminal device in response to the imminent event. In a further step, an aggregated event message is generated on the basis of the first event message and the second event message. A step follows for ascertaining a plausibility value to check the plausibility of the aggregated event message. Finally, the aggregated event message and the plausibility value are output. The aggregated event message and the plausibility value represent a signal that is receivable from at least one mobile playback device.
