    摘要： This invention relates to a process for encapsulation, and particularly to the production of small or minute capsules constituted by a skin or thin wall of polymeric material e.g., polyurea, polyamide, polysulfonamide, polyester, polycarbonate, or polyurethane, which involves first providing an aqueous solution (continuous phase liquid) containing an emulsifier selected from the group consisting of sulfonated napthalene formaldehyde condensates, sulfonated polystyrenes derivatives and functionalized oligomers. A discontinuous (immiscible or organic) phase liquid containing a water-immiscible material which is the material to be encapsulated, plus a first shell wall component; is dispersed in the aqueous liquid to form an oil-in-water emulsion. The second shell wall component is added to the oil-in-water emulsion whereupon the first shell wall component reacts with the second shell wall component to form a solid polycondensate shell wall about the material to be encapsulated. The capsules formed may be directly used as in the form of an aqueous suspension.

    摘要： Poly(vinyl phosphonomethylene amino carboxylates) having at least one N-C-P linkage and at least one carboxyl end group per molecule are prepared by reacting a polyvinyl cyclic amide, orthophosphorous acid and formaldehyde in an aqueous acidic mixture at a temperature in excess of about 70.degree. C. The resulting polymeric compounds are useful as metal complexing agents and in water treating to inhibit scale formation and corrosion of metals by oxygen-containing waters.

They are formulated as water solutions or powders or granules of (a) one or more agriculturally acceptable salts of glyphosate, e.g., amine, ammonium, alkali metal, alkylsulfonium, alkylphosphonium, sulfonylamine, and/or aminoguanidine salts of glyphosate; (b) at least one water-soluble long chain aliphatic hydrocarbyl dimethyl amine oxide in which the hydrocarbyl group is a linear or substantially linear saturated or olefinically unsaturated aliphatic group having in the range of about 8 to about 22 carbon atoms; and (c) at least one water-soluble quaternary ammonium halide having in the range of about 8 to about 40 carbon atoms in the molecule.

They are formulated as water solutions or as powders or granules of (a) one or more agriculturally acceptable amine, alkali metal, alkylsulfonium, alkylphosphonium, sulfonylamine, and/or aminoguanidine salts of glyphosate as the only herbicide or plant growth regulant used in forming said composition; and (b) a trihydrocarbyl amine oxide surfactant as the only surface active component used in forming said composition. The amine oxide is (i) a single alkyl dimethyl amine oxide in which the alkyl group is a linear alkyl group having in the range of 10 to 14 carbon atoms, or (ii) a combination of two alkyl dimethyl amine oxides of (i), or (iii) a combination of at least one alkyl dimethyl amine oxide in which the alkyl group is a linear alkyl group having in the range of 10 to 14 carbon atoms and at least one dialkyl methyl amine oxide in which the alkyl groups are linear alkyl groups each having in the range of 8 to 12 carbon atoms. Optionally, one or more agriculturally acceptable substances none of which is a herbicide, or a plant growth regulant or a surfactant can be included in the formulation.
