摘要： The invention relates to a method for the steam treatment of scalp hair, which hair was treated previously with an agent that contains ammonia. The treatment is carried out with a device with a steam hood such that at the start of the steam treatment ambient air in the neighborhood of a forehead region or an eye/nose region of the person is extracted automatically by a controllable extraction unit. This extraction unit is deactivated automatically after a preset time. In a more refined embodiment the ammonia emission within the steam hood is recorded continuously and measured as ammonia emission values and compared with a preset ammonia emission value, such that the extraction unit is deactivated automatically on reaching the preset ammonia emission value.

摘要： The split end removing device (1) is a removable attachment (3) for a haircutting machine (2). This split end removing device includes first and second parallel hair strand guiding sections (4,5) and a third hair strand guiding section (6) removably positionable in a working position (A) between the first and second sections (4,5). The parallel sections (4,5,6) are formed so that a hair strand (7) placed under the first and second sections (4,5) is grasped from below by the third section (6) in its working position and the attachment (3) is held fixed on the haircutting machine (2) so that only split ends (9) are cut away from the hair strand. The third hair strand guiding section (6) is a separate part (10) that is completely removable from a remaining portion of the device (1). It has a handle section (12), comb teeth (13) and a parting tip (15).

摘要： The invention relates to a thinning tool (1) for a hair clipper (2) containing lower and top shearing knives (3, 4), each of which is provided with a row of teeth (5, 6). Said top knife (4) is actuated by alternating oscillation motion in a parallel direction to said rows of teeth (5, 6), the inventive thinning tool (1) being shaped in such a way that it is arrangeable on the lower knife (3). Said thinning tool (1) comprises a row of tines (7) which forms an extension (L) of the teeth (8) of the row of teeth (5) of the lower knife (3). The row of tines (7) is provided with fine slots (11) which have a conical extension (V) on the free ends thereof for holding and guiding hairs (10). The width (B) of tine slots (11) on the side of the shearing knives (3, 4) corresponds to a hair diameter and is used for guiding the hairs (10) towards said shearing knives (3, 4). In this way, the hairs (10) are cut one by one instead of being simultaneously cut in such a way that a fine graded hair thinning is obtainable without striates by said simple means.

摘要： In a device (1) for cutting off split ends (2) of hair, a body (3) of the device holds a strand of hair (4). The ends (2) are inserted into a slot (5), after which the ends (2) can be cut off by means of a cutting mechanism (6).To ensure the device (1) is economical and easy to use, it is proposed that the device have a connecting part (7) which can be connected with a hairstyling device, especially a blow dryer or hot air brush (8), to allow a stream of air (9) produced by that device to flow into an inside area (10) of the device (1) where the slot (5) is positioned, and that a bracket (12) be arranged on the outer surface of the sleeve (11) to hold the strand of hair (4) in place with an opening (13) in the bracket (12) that at least partially fits the slot (5) on the sleeve (11) so that when the strand of hair (4) is clamped between the bracket (12) and sleeve (11) and the ends (2) are positioned between the opening (13) and the slot (5), they are thus caught by the flow of air (9) and are blown through the opening (13) of the bracket (12) where they can be cut off with a cutting mechanism (6) on the outside of the bracket (12).
