    摘要: A bearing on a shaft is separated from the bore of a housing by an intermediate sleeve. The sleeve has an annular recess in its end surface, the end surface being spaced from the shaft. A sealing element extends radially in the annular recess and axially between the shaft and the intermediate sleeve. The axially extending arm of the sealing element has a flange extending behind a radially extending surface of the intermediate sleeve to axially hold the sealing element, with play, to the intermediate sleeve. The sealing element is mounted with prestress on the shaft, to rotate therewith during operation.

    摘要: In a drive device for pumps consisting of a pump impeller mounted in a pump chamber, a pump cover covers the pump chamber and has an extension and a bore passing from the pump chamber to the outside. A shaft is connected at its inner end to the pump impeller and at its outer end in a torsion-proof manner by way of a coupling element to a drive wheel. A bearing supports the shaft and drive wheel in the housing bore and extension respectively. The coupling element is formed by an external edge rigidly connected to the drive wheel and covers the outer bearing and the extension laterally on the outside. A cover plate with a center section connects in a torsion-proof manner to the shaft, and is adjusted to elastically adjust the cover plate relative to the pump cover either inward toward the pump chamber or outward away from the pump chamber, thereby providing for automatic adjustment of the radial and axial load-supporting bearings means to remove their play.

    摘要: Two springs inserted in series, which press a tension roller against a drive belt, are provided in a tension device for a drive belt. The tension spring essentially effects adjustment of the tension roller during assembly and after that effectively is inoperative. The working spring is active during operation and within a limited range of adjustment of the tension roller. The tensions of the two springs are designed so that during assembly equilibrium of forces exists at a middle working point within the path of adjustment. These features result in a simple and precise adjustment during assembly.

    摘要: In a swivel bearing for a braking device the fixed machine part is provided with a flange which has friction surfaces for damping the swivel motion. A flange sleeve made of sheet metal axially and radially surrounds a flange which adjoins the front side of a sleeve section belonging to the swivel arm. The resulting annular space contains, besides the flange, an axially acting spring washer. The flange sleeve itself may optionally have an axial spring action. The flange sleeve is secured axially and against torsion at the sleeve section by means of a turned edge or similar means. The result is a compact arrangement which does not easily disassemble, even in an unmounted condition.

    摘要: A tensioning mechanism for drive belts which consists of a support arm, a rotating tensioning roll mounted on the arm, and a pivot bearing on the support arm a certain distance away from the tensioning roll. The tensioning mechanism is attached together with a mounting plate by a fastener to a machine block. A spring urges the tensioning roll away from the mounting plate and toward the drive belt. In the area of the pivot bearing, the mounting plate has, in the axial direction of the bearing, a fork-shaped cross section with shank sections which support the pivot bearing on both sides, radially and axially, by way of the fastener.

    摘要: A clutch release, in particular for automobile clutches, comprises a sliding sleeve having a radially outwardly directed flange and an annular groove, a clutch release bearing having an outer ring with a flange that slidably abuts the sliding sleeve flange, and a generally oval-shaped spring ring having a pair of mutually parallel guiding surfaces. The spring ring is arranged between the outer ring and the annular groove at points mutually displaced in the axial direction. The bearing is arranged to rotate relative to the sliding sleeve in the circumferential direction within predetermined limits and to move in a radial direction along the guiding surfaces by overcoming a radially acting frictional force between the slidably abutting flanges. The spring ring has a substantially bow-shaped profile and is slotted. The inner ring of the bearing has a radially outwardly directed pressure flange for abutting with the diaphragm spring of a clutch.
