摘要： An outdoor unit for an air conditioner/heat pump is provided with a bracket which is attached to the tube sheet of the heat exchanger coil for routing the electrical leads from the electronic components within the unit to a control box located outside thereof. The bracket is mounted without fasteners and is preferably clipped onto a planar structure on the tube sheet by way of opposing tabs on the bracket. The bracket is preferably secured to the planar wall by way of dimples that engage with holes formed in the planar wall.

摘要： An elongated horizontal bench having first and second end portions is provided. An elevated support portion spaced horizontally outwardly of and above one end portion of the bench is supported from the latter and an elongated generally horizontal lever is pivotally supported intermediate its opposite ends from the support portion for oscillation about a horizontal axis transverse to the lever and the bench and with one end portion of the lever projecting toward and overlying the aforementioned one end portion of the bench. An elongated lever-type leg exercise frame is pivotally attached at one end to the other end portion of the bench for oscillation relative thereto about an axis transverse to the frame and the bench and the other end of the frame includes foot and/or leg engageable abutment structure. The aforementioned one end of the lever includes handgrip structure and weight structure is carried by the lever intermediate the handgrip structure and the first-mentioned axis. An elongated tension member extends between and is anchored to the other end of the leg exercise frame and the other end portion of the lever and the opposite end portions of the bench include low level tension member guide structure with which the mid-portion of the tension member is engaged and upwardly from which the opposite end portions of the tension member extend toward the leg exercise frame other end and the lever other end portion.

摘要： A method of assembling an electrical connector that includes an outer conductor body, an inner conductor and a resilient and deformable insulating sleeve. The method includes providing a bore in the rigid outer conductor body having an inwardly directed substantially annular ridge extending therefrom defining a minimum bore diameter of the outer conductor body. A bore is provided in the insulating sleeve along with a substantially annular recess in the outer surface of the sleeve. The maximum diameter of the insulating sleeve is provided greater than the minimum bore diameter of the outer conductor body when the insulating sleeve is at a rest position. The next step is radially compressing the insulating sleeve to a smaller diameter than at the rest position thereof. Next is inserting the insulating sleeve, while at least partially compressed, into the bore of the rigid outer conductor body to a position in which the rigid outer conductor body ridge is in alignment with the insulating sleeve recess. Finally, the inner conductor is inserted into the insulating sleeve bore.

摘要： An electrical connector is provided that includes an outer conductor having a generally smooth inner surface defining a bore extending through at least a portion of its length, an insulator being partially disposed within the outer conductor bore and having its own bore extending through at least a portion of its length, and an inner conductor disposed at least partially within the insulator bore. The outer conductor includes at least one protrusion extending from its generally smooth inner surface, the at least one protrusion engaging the insulator to inhibit relative rotational movement between the insulator and the outer conductor. A method is also provided for creating the protrusions and includes the steps of providing a staking tool having at least one stake corresponding to a desired position for the at least one protrusion, and driving the staking tool into the outer conductor so that the at least one stake displaces some material of the outer conductor to form the at least one protrusion.

摘要： An electrical connector having inner and outer conductors along with a sleeve. The outer conductor has an inwardly directed annular ridge adapted to interlock with the sleeve. The sleeve is preferably of teflon. In order to maintain contact between the sleeve and the annular ridge of the outer conductor with changes in temperature, the length of the ridge is related to the diameter of the sleeve at each point along the slope of the end slope of the ridge by the equation L=D tan .theta.. The angle related in the equation is the end bevel angle on the ridge and when this angle is on the order of 45.degree., then the relationship reduces to one in which the length of the ridge is comparable to the diameter of the sleeve in order to maintain contact over a temperature change range.

摘要： A stub-support arrangement for a coaxial transmission line wherein the line has inner and outer conductors and the stub is in the form f oppositely disposed stubs each having a length of 1/8 wavelength at the center operating frequency or less. One of the stubs is an open-circuit stub and the other is a short-circuit stub. In the case of the stubs being of 1/8 wavelength, the characteristic admittances of the stubs are equal and in the case of the stubs being less than 1/8 wavelength the characteristic admittance of the open-circuit stub becomes larger and that of the short-circuit stub becomes smaller as the physical length of the stub is reduced.
