摘要： The present invention provides compositions, devices and methods suitable for the increased sensitivity and selectivity of binding assays thereby reducing false positive results without little or no reduction in the detection of true positives. The present invention is based on the novel discovery that an oxidative agent in the context of the device of the present invention results in decreased false positive reactivity with little or no reduction in true positive reactivity. The devices, compositions and methods of the present invention may be used, for example, to detect pathogens giving rise to endogenous urine antibodies include those organisms known to be causative agents in sexually-transmitted diseases and other diseases. The devices and methods of the present invention are also useful for various diagnostic procedures.

摘要： A specimen sample collection device includes a handle having a sufficiency indicator and absorbent pad partially contained therein with one or more test strips, a pad compression tube insertable over the absorbent pad within the handle and around an end of the handle, and a collection tube having one or more sample chambers, attachable to the pad compression tube, and wherein the compression tube defines one or more chambers, and wherein when the collection tube is attached to the pad compression tube, the chambers are in fluid communication with the pad compression tube. A sufficiency indicator includes a light pipe indicator. The system includes a ratcheting pad compression tube lock. An electro-optical reader captures and records test strip results through the window and communicates the results to a printer or other device.

The bookmark includes reference to a portion of the video for an amount of time. The bookmark portions may not include a specified end time. The bookmark may include the source of the video, a start time of the bookmarked portion of the video stream or file, a length of the referenced video portion, and content such as text, emoticons, or other content received from a user that creates, edits, or manages the bookmark. The bookmarks may be grouped together into a set of bookmarks, thereby forming an edit of the original streaming or pre-recorded videos when played sequentially, wherein the edit includes a set of bookmarked video portions (bookmarked videos) taken from one or more particular live streaming or pre-recorded videos.
