    摘要: Compounds represented by general formula (I), their stereoisomers, tautomers, derivatives, prodrugs or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, and their preparation methods or uses for the manufacture of a medicament of analgesics. In which R1 is selected from H, substituted or unsubstituted phenyl, or substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl; A is bond, or saturated or unsaturated straight-chain or branched-chain hydrocarbon radical; R2, R3 are each independently hydrogen or methyl, which linked with any position of spirocyclo-structure; n and m are each independently integer between 0-2, do not represent 0 at the same time; B and D are each independently C1-C3 straight-chain or branched-chain alkylene; Y is selected from —CHR4—, O, S, —S(O)—, —SO2—, —NR4— and substituted or unsubstituted phenylene, in which R4 represents H, C1-C6 saturated or unsaturated alkyl, methyl or ethyl substituted by substituted or unsubstituted aryl or heteroaryl; and X− is pharmaceutical acceptable organic or inorganic anion. These compounds can be used as muscarine receptor (M-receptor) and/or nicotine acetylcholine receptor (N-receptor) agonist or antagonist. These compounds have good analgesic effect without side effect such as addiction.

    摘要: Data errors in non-volatile memory inevitably increase with usage and with higher density of bits stored per cell. The memory is configured to have a first portion operating with less error but of lower density storage, and a second portion operating with a higher density but less robust storage. An error management provides reading and checking the copy after copying to the second portion. If the copy has excessive error bits, it is repeated in a different location either in the second or first portion. The reading and checking of the copy is accelerated by reading only a sample of it. The sample is selected from a subset of the copy having its own ECC, where the sample selected depends on the count of erase-program cycles that a block has experienced, where different count ranges can use different samples.

    摘要: A system and method for performing a security check may include using at least one processor to periodically check a status of a flag, generate and store a baseline representation of modules stored on the device where the flag is determined to be set to a first state, and, where the flag is determined to be set to a second state, generate an active representation of modules stored on the first device, compare the active representation of modules to the baseline representation of modules, and, responsive to a determination in the comparing step of a difference between the baseline and active representations of modules, output an alert. The flag status may depend on an association of the device with one of a plurality of authorization policies, each mapped to one of the two states. Results of the comparison may be appended to an activity log of the device.
