The combustible gas transport device (3) can control a flow velocity of the combustible gas at the combustion supporting gas supply port (5a) not less than a combustion velocity of the mixed gas.

Consequently, a vertical electric field is applied to the PDLC film (4) to orient the liquid crystal of the PDLC film (4).
