    摘要: A method of manufacturing a scintillator panel in which no dust is generated when improving protrusions on the phosphor surface, resulting in no generation of image defects caused by the dust, to-provide a scintillator panel exhibiting excellent image quality and a radiation image detector thereof. The scintillator panel includes a support having a phosphor layer formed thereon. The method includes forming the phosphor layer on the support, and subsequently heat-treating the support and the phosphor layer which are sandwiched by two rigid plates under applied pressure.
