摘要: A method for producing a fluoride fluorescent material comprises: preparing fluoride particles having a composition containing at least one element or ion A selected from the group consisting of alkaline metal elements and NH4+, at least one element M selected from the group consisting of Group-4 elements and Group-14 elements, Mn4+, and F, in which a molar ratio of A in 1 mol of the composition is 2, a total molar ratio of M and Mn4+ is 1, a molar ratio of Mn4+ is in a range of more than 0 and less than 0.2, and a molar ratio of F is 6; subjecting the fluoride particles to a first heat treatment at a temperature of 500° C. or more in an inert gas atmosphere; washing the first heat-treated fluoride particles with a washing liquid; and bringing the washed fluoride particles into contact with a fluorine-containing substance and subjecting the resulting fluoride particles to a second heat treatment at a temperature of 400° C. or more.

In certain embodiments, the chlorosilicate fluorescent material has a chemical composition comprising Ca, Eu, Mg, Si, O, and Cl, wherein when a molar ratio of Si in 1 mol of the chemical composition is set as 4, the chlorosilicate fluorescent material comprises Ca in a molar ratio range of 7.0 or more and 7.94 or less, Eu in a molar ratio range of 0.01 or more and 1.0 or less, Ca and Eu in a total molar ratio range of 7.70 or more and 7.95 or less, Mg in a molar ratio range of 0.9 or more and 1.1 or less, and Cl in a molar ratio range of more than 1.90 and 2.00 or less.

The composition includes a binder material and at least one narrow band emission phosphor being uniformly dispersed throughout the composition, wherein the narrow band emission phosphor has a D50 particle size from about 0.1 μm to about 15 μm and is selected from the group consisting of a green-emitting U6+-containing phosphor, a green-emitting Mn2+-containing phosphor, a red-emitting phosphor based on complex fluoride materials activated by Mn4+, and a mixture thereof. A device is also provided.

摘要: A beta-voltaic device made up of silica covered scintillating particles incorporated within an isotope absorbing layer to produce an improved power source. Lost beta particles are converted to UV light which is also converted to power in a beta-voltaic converter. The addition of the scintillating particles effectively increases the power efficiency of a BV device while maintaining the slim profile and smaller size of the power source. This arrangement makes possible implementation in space, defense, intelligence, medical implants, marine biology and other applications.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a core-shell type quantum dot, comprising a quantum dot core, a light-transmitting inorganic mesoporous material layer on a surface of the quantum dot core, and a filler different from the inorganic mesoporous material in mesopores of the light-transmitting inorganic mesoporous material layer. The present disclosure also relates to the preparation and use of the core-shell type quantum dot core. The quantum dot core is coated with the light-transmitting inorganic mesoporous material and the mesopores of the inorganic mesoporous material are filled with the filler different from the inorganic mesoporous material, and the core-shell type quantum dots thus obtained not only have improved optical stability and chemical stability, but also have adjustable optical properties.
