摘要: There are provided a refrigerating machine oil which can easily remove a sludge generated in a refrigerant circuit and is easy to return to a compressor and a refrigerator employing the same. A refrigerating machine oil obtained by mixing an alkylbenzene oil and an ether oil is employed in a refrigerant circuit. A sludge generated on an inner surface of a small-diameter portion of a capillary (4) is exfoliated and removed by the alkylbenzene oil while maintaining lubricating performance of a compressor (1) with the ether oil that is well dissolved in an HFC refrigerant, thereby preventing capillary clogging.

摘要: A blade 8 is integrally fixed to a roller 7 mounted around an eccentric section 22 of a drive shaft 21. The blade 8 extend radially outwardly of the roller 7, and partitions the inside of a cylinder chamber 41 into a compression chamber X and a suction chamber Y. A protruded end portion of the blade 8 is received in a reception groove 11a of a support member 11 which is pivotally supported by a stationary member 4. A substitute fleon refrigerant is used as a working fluid in the cylinder chamber 41, and an oil adapted to the substitute fleon refrigerant is used as a lubricating oil for a compressor CP. While using the substitute fleon refrigerant, the deterioration of the oil in the compressor is prevented.

摘要: An air conditioner which includes ports (22, 23, 24) provided on portions in a refrigerant circuit where oil are liable to gather, such as bottoms of a compressor (1), accumulator (5), a receiver (12) and the like, through which ports a refrigerant is extracted and charged. The air conditioner is further provided with a control unit (50) for controlling washing operation for the refrigerant circuit, such that at the time of washing of the refrigerant circuit, washing operation is continued under the control of the control unit (50) for a predetermined period of time while increasing a frequency of the compressor (1) so as to, for example, make a temperature in a discharge pipe (2) higher than a predetermined value, and then is stopped, and the washing operation is resumed after a fixed period of time. In the air conditioner, washing of the refrigerant circuit is efficiently and effectively performed by repeatedly staring and stopping the operation of the compressor (1) predetermined times within a predetermined period of time. After washing, the refrigerant and an oil are replaced through ports (22, 23, 24).
