摘要: A food grade lubricant composition particularly useful for hydraulic oils, gear oils, and compressor oils for equipment used in the food processing and packaging industry having a composition: (a) propylene glycol; (b) water (preferably deionized), (c) high ethyl PAG polymer; (d) capric acid; (e) potassium hydroxide; and, (f) amine phosphate and a method of formulating the composition. In addition a method of lubricating surfaces of the machinery used for processing or packaging food, food packaging materials, or other materials related to the food processing industry including the step of applying the formulation composition to the surfaces of the food processing or packaging machinery.

摘要: No studies have been made regarding what kinds of refrigerants should be used in a refrigeration cycle device for a vehicle. An air conditioner (1) for a vehicle includes a refrigerant circuit (10) and a refrigerant that is sealed in the refrigerant circuit (10). The refrigerant circuit (10) includes a compressor (80), a first heat exchanger (85), which serves as a heat dissipater in a dehumidifying heating mode, an outside-air heat exchanger (82), a cooling control valve (87), and a second heat exchanger (86), which serves as an evaporator in the dehumidifying heating mode. The refrigerant is a refrigerant having a low GWP.

摘要: Provided is a polyol ester base stock composition with reduced odor and volatility. The polyol ester back stock composition does not include C5 acid. More particularly, the polyol ester base stock includes the reaction product of: (a) a polyol represented by the formula R(OH)n wherein R is an aliphatic or a cyclo-aliphatic hydrocarbyl group and n is at least 2, and (b) a mixture of monocarboxylic acids comprising at least one linear acid selected from the group consisting of between C6 to C10 acids and at least one branched C6 acid, wherein the amount of C6 to C10 acids is at least 55 wt. % and the amount of the at least one branched C6 acid is 45 wt. % or less, based upon the total amount of said mixture of monocarboxylic acids. The polyol ester base stock is particularly suited for aviation turbine oils.

The lubricant composition contains (i) an aliphatic ether compound as a base oil and (ii) an antioxidant made from at least alkylated phenylnaphthylamine and phosphite ester, wherein a sum of individual amounts of the alkylated phenylnaphthylamine and the phosphite ester is a predetermined amount, and the alkylated phenylnaphthylamine and the phosphite ester are used in a predetermined ratio.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a mixed composition for a refrigerator, the mixed composition containing: a refrigerant containing at least one unsaturated fluorinated hydrocarbon compound selected from compounds represented by the following molecular formula (1): CpFrHs (1), provided that the compound has one or more carbon-carbon unsaturated bond in a molecule: and a refrigerator lubricating oil containing, as a major component, a polyoxyalkylene glycol compound represented by the following general formula (2), and containing a phenothiazine compound in an amount of 1.0% by mass or more based on the total amount of the refrigerator lubricating oil: R1—[(OR2)m—OR3]n (2). A mixed composition for a refrigerator is provided having a lower possibility of autoignition in a high temperature environment even during unexpected leakage in a refrigerator using a refrigerant containing a slightly flammable refrigerant. A refrigerator lubricating oil is provided that is capable of being applied to the mixed composition.
