摘要： A process for manufacturing a part made of a ceramic matrix composite material, includes coating an outer surface of a porous preform with a layer of a fugitive material to form a model of the part to be obtained, the fugitive material being wax or resin, the fugitive material layer in the model not exceeding the highest peak of surface undulations of the preform, and ceramic and/or carbon particles being present in the porosity of the preform, coating the model formed with a ceramic powder composition, heat treating the coated model to remove the fugitive material and form a ceramic shell mold by sintering of the ceramic powder composition, introducing a molten composition including silicon into the shell mold to obtain the part in the shell mold, the molten composition infiltrating the porosity of the preform to form the ceramic matrix, and separating the shell mold from the part obtained.

摘要： Method for manufacturing a composite material part includes injecting a slurry containing a refractory ceramic particle powder into a fibrous texture, draining the liquid from the slurry that passed through the fibrous texture and retaining the refractory ceramic particle powder inside said texture so as to obtain a fibrous preform loaded with refractory ceramic particles, and demoulding of the fibrous preform. The method includes, after demoulding the fibrous preform, checking the compliance of the demoulded fibrous preform. If the preform is noncompliant, the method also includes, before a sintering, immersing the demoulded fibrous preform in a bath of a liquid suitable for decompacting the refractory ceramic particles present in the fibrous preform, and additionally injecting a slurry containing a refractory ceramic particle powder into the fibrous preform present in the mould cavity.

摘要： A method of impregnating a fiber texture of hollow shape, the method including introducing a first suspension containing a first powder of solid particles of ceramic or carbon material into an inside volume defined by an inside face of a fiber texture of hollow shape placed in a mold, an outer face of the fiber texture being presented facing a wall of the mold; and using the action of centrifugal force to impregnate the fiber texture with the first suspension by causing the mold to rotate and varying the speed of rotation of the mold during the impregnation of the texture with the first suspension.

摘要： A method of fabricating a turbine engine part, the method including fabricating an ingot out of ceramic material of eutectic composition by performing the Czochralski process including putting a seed of the ingot that is to be obtained into contact with a molten bath of a mixture of eutectic composition in order to initiate the formation of the ingot on the seed, the mixture including at least two ceramic compounds; drawing the ingot from the molten bath while imposing on the ingot that is being formed a drawing speed less than or equal to 10 mm/h together with rotation at a speed of rotation less than or equal to 50 rpm; and machining the ingot as fabricated in this way in order to obtain the turbine engine part.
