摘要: A method of shaping the profile of a fan casing having an inside surface, the method including placing the casing around a surface of revolution of a drum of shaping tooling; interposing at least one bladder that is inflatable under the action of a fluid under pressure between a portion of the inside surface of the casing and the drum, the bladder extending over all or part of the surface of revolution of the drum; stoving the assembly including the casing, the tooling, and the at least one bladder at a predetermined temperature; and during the stoving, applying isostatic pressure via the at least one bladder so as to impart a cylindrical profile to the portion of the inside surface of the casing facing the at least one bladder.

摘要: A metal core for hot-forming a titanium-based alloy metal component is disclosed. The metal core has on an outer surface, intended to come into contact with the metal component, a layer of metal carbonitride-enriched material. The metal core comprises a nickel- or cobalt-based alloy. The metal core comprising a steel coating having an outer surface intended to come into contact with the metal component, the steel coating having a layer of metal carbonitride-enriched material. Processes for manufacturing and regenerating the metal core and a process for hot-forming a metal component using the metal core are also disclosed.

摘要: An injection tooling is configured to inject a polymer resin into a fiber preform for fabricating a part in the form of a body of revolution out of composite material, the part having an internal cavity with back-draft. In order to enable the part to be unmolded after the polymer resin has been injected and polymerized, the tooling includes, arranged at least in the internal cavity, firstly a sectorized ring made up of at least three mutually touching inserts including one forming a keystone, the ring having an outside surface that matches the internal cavity with back-draft and an inside surface that presents natural draft, and secondly a conical drum secured to the inside surface of the sectorized ring to support it and that is withdrawn, once separated from the sectorized ring, relying on the natural draft created by the inside surface of the sectorized ring.

摘要: A field of rotary blades, and more particularly to a method of fabricating a leading edge shield for protecting such a blade. The method includes at least steps of performing initial plastic deformation on at least one sheet from a pressure side sheet and a suction side sheet, using additive fabrication to add a reinforcement with a fiber insert on at least one of the pressure and suction side sheets, closing the pressure and suction side sheets around a core after the initial plastic deformation and after adding the reinforcement, performing subsequent plastic deformation by pressing the pressure and suction side sheets against an outside surface of the core after the sheets have been closed around the core, and extracting the core.
