The surface energy control layer may have a portion extending into the transmission area.

摘要: An organic light-emitting display apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof have improved process stability and reliability by reducing damage to the organic light-emitting display apparatus during a manufacturing process. The organic light-emitting display apparatus includes: a substrate, a plurality of pixel electrodes, a pixel defining film, a plurality of hole control layers respectively arranged on the pixel electrodes, a plurality of emission layers respectively arranged on the hole control layers, a plurality of buffer layers respectively arranged on the emission layers, each of the buffer layers having a highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level greater than the HOMO energy level of each of the plurality of emission layers, and an opposite electrode integrally provided over the buffer layers.

The first stack includes a first intermediate layer including an emission layer and a first opposite electrode on the first intermediate layer. The first protective layer is disposed on the first stack. The second stack includes a second intermediate layer including an emission layer and a second opposite electrode on the second intermediate layer. The first inorganic conductive layer is disposed between the second pixel electrode and the second stack.

摘要: A method includes: forming first and second pixel electrodes on a substrate; exposing upper surfaces of the first and second pixel electrodes; forming a pixel defining layer covering edges of the first and second pixel electrodes; sequentially forming a first lift-off layer, a first shape memory alloy layer, and a first photoresist; forming a first opening exposing an upper surface of the first pixel electrode by patterning the first lift-off layer, the first shape memory alloy layer, and the first photoresist; forming, on the first pixel electrode and the first photoresist, a first organic functional layer including a first emission layer; deforming an end portion of the first shape memory alloy layer, in the first opening, in a direction away from a horizontal surface of the substrate; forming a first protection layer over the first organic functional layer; and removing a remainder of the first lift-off layer.

摘要: A method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display device includes: preparing a substrate including pixel electrodes; forming a pixel defining layer on the substrate, the pixel defining layer exposing a central portion of each of the pixel electrodes and covering an edge portion of each of the pixel electrodes; forming partitioning walls in correspondence with at least a portion of an upper surface of the pixel defining layer, the partitioning walls including a first resin; removing a solvent in the partitioning walls by baking the partitioning walls; forming a first mask layer filling a space between the partitioning walls and exposing a first pixel electrode among the pixel electrodes, the first mask layer including a second resin; and forming a first intermediate layer on the first pixel electrode.
