摘要: A display apparatus includes a substrate including an emission area and a sensing area, a plurality of light-emitting devices disposed on the substrate and overlapping the emission area, and a plurality of light-receiving devices disposed on the substrate and overlapping the sensing area. Each of the plurality of light-emitting devices includes a pixel electrode, an emission layer disposed on the pixel electrode, and an opposite electrode disposed on the emission layer. Each of the plurality of light-receiving devices includes a sensing electrode, an active layer disposed on the sensing electrode, and an opposite electrode disposed on the active layer. At least one of the plurality of sensing electrodes has a structure that is different from a stacked structure of the pixel electrode, and the sensing electrode includes a transparent conductive layer.

摘要: A display panel, a display device, and a method for manufacturing the display panel are provided. The display panel includes two electrode layers and a luminous functional layer stacked between the two electrode layers. Each electrode layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to each other in a thickness direction thereof. The first surface of each electrode layer is attached to and in contact with the luminous functional layer. Each electrode layer includes at least one insulation section and at least one electrode section integrated as a single body. A material of the electrode section is a conductively modified form of a material of the insulation section. The electrode section is in contact with the luminous functional layer and is in a conductive state at least at the first surface. The electrode layer in the present disclosure has no conductive pattern and will not cause optical disturbance.

摘要: Systems and methods for organic semiconductor devices with sputtered contact layers are provided. In one embodiment, an organic semiconductor device comprises: a first contact layer comprising a first sputter-deposited transparent conducting oxide; an electron transport layer interfacing with the first contact layer; a second contact layer comprising a second sputter-deposited transparent conducting oxide; a hole transport layer interfacing with the second contact layer; and an organic semiconductor active layer having a first side facing the electron transport layer and an opposing second side facing the hole transport layer; wherein either the electron transport layer or the hole transport layer comprises a buffering transport layer.

摘要: A transparent top electrode composite film for organic optoelectronic devices includes a substrate, an MoOx film layer coated on the substrate, a doped Ag-based film layer coated on the MoOx film layer and an HfOx film layer coated on the doped Ag-based film layer. A preparation method of the transparent top electrode composite film, which is achieved under vacuum and low temperature, includes steps of (A) depositing an MoOx film layer on a substrate through thermal evaporation process or electron beam evaporation process without heating the substrate; (B) depositing a doped Ag-based film layer on the MoOx film layer through sputtering process or evaporation process; and (C) depositing an HfOx film layer on the doped Ag-based film layer through reactive sputtering process, thereby obtaining the transparent top electrode composite film. The composite film is able to be used as a top electrode material for organic optoelectronic devices.

摘要: An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate including first to third pixel regions; and an organic light emitting diode including a transparent electrode, a reflective electrode and a light emitting layer between the transparent electrode and the reflective electrode. The light emitting layer in the organic light emitting diode in the first pixel region includes a first emitting part including a first emitting material layer and a second emitting part including a second emitting material layer. The light emitting layer in the organic light emitting diode in the second pixel region includes a third emitting part including a third emitting material layer and fourth emitting part including a fourth emitting material layer. Each of the first and fourth emitting material layers is a fluorescent emitting layer, and each of the second and third emitting material layers is a phosphorescent emitting layer.

The display device comprises a first substrate which includes an active area with a plurality of sub-pixels and a non-active area enclosing the active area and is made of one of transparent conductive oxides or oxide semiconductors, a plurality of signal lines disposed on the first substrate, a pad part disposed on the first substrate in the non-active area, a plurality of link lines which connects the pad part and the plurality of signal lines, a plurality of inorganic insulating layers disposed between the first substrate and the plurality of link lines; and a second substrate disposed on the first substrate and the plurality of link lines, wherein a plurality of first link lines among the plurality of link lines includes a first line pattern connected to the plurality of signal lines, a second line pattern connected to the pad part; and a third line pattern which connects the first line pattern and the second line pattern of the first link line and overlaps a tip end of the second substrate, and the plurality of inorganic insulating layers is disposed except an area where the tip end of the second substrate overlaps the third line pattern of the first link line to improve moisture blocking performance, and suppress the occurrence of cracks in an outer peripheral portion.

摘要: A display panel includes a thin-film transistor, an anode, and a bonding pad. The thin-film transistor includes a source, a drain, and a gate. The anode is electrically connected to the thin-film transistor. A material of the anode includes silver-palladium-copper alloy. The bonding pad is electrically connected to the thin-film transistor. A material of the bonding pad is same as the material of the anode. Since the material of the anode is alloy material formed by adding appropriate proportions of metal elements such as silver, palladium, and copper, which can make an overall material enhance abilities of resisting corrosions of elements such as water vapor, high temperature, sulfide, and oxidation.
