摘要: A flexible display and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the method includes forming a sacrificial metal layer over a support substrate, the sacrificial metal layer formed of a metal material, and forming a barrier layer over the sacrificial metal layer, the barrier layer formed of an organic material. The method also includes exposing the sacrificial metal layer to oxygen so as to form a sacrificial metal oxide layer, forming a display unit over the barrier layer, and separating the barrier layer from the support substrate.

摘要: A method of manufacturing an OLED display is disclosed. In one aspect, the method includes providing a donor substrate including a material formed on one surface thereof and heating the material so as to form a barrier thin-film on the donor substrate. The method also includes providing an acceptor substrate and a substrate attached to the acceptor substrate, forming an OLED unit over the substrate, bonding the OLED unit and the barrier thin-film together, and irradiating a laser beam on the barrier thin-film so as to delaminate the donor substrate from the barrier thin-film.
