    Abstract: A display apparatus including: a substrate including a display area and a non-display area; a display layer including a first display element and a second display element arranged in the display area; and a thin-film encapsulation layer arranged to cover the display layer and including at least one organic encapsulation layer and at least one inorganic encapsulation layer, wherein the at least one organic encapsulation layer and the at least one inorganic encapsulation layer are alternately stacked, wherein a refractive index of the at least one inorganic encapsulation layer is greater than a refractive index of the at least one organic encapsulation layer, and a thickness of a first portion of the at least one inorganic encapsulation layer corresponding to the first display element is different from a thickness of a second portion of the at least one inorganic encapsulation layer corresponding to the second display element.

    Abstract: A display device includes an active pattern disposed on a substrate, a first transistor, a first scan line, a first power voltage line, a first electrode pattern and an organic light-emitting layer disposed on the substrate. The first transistor includes a first gate electrode disposed in a first overlapping area of the active pattern where the first gate electrode overlaps the active pattern. The first scan line is disposed adjacent to the first gate electrode. The first power voltage line includes a first electrode portion and a second electrode portion. The first electrode portion overlaps the first gate electrode. The second electrode portion extends from the first electrode portion in a direction crossing the first scan line and overlaps the first scan line.

    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode display device includes a substrate, a light emitting layer, a first power supply wire, a second power supply wire, a connection pattern, and an upper electrode. The substrate has a display region, a peripheral region surrounding the display region and including first, second, and third peripheral regions, and a pad region disposed on one side of the peripheral region.
