摘要: A display apparatus includes a substrate having a display area and a peripheral area, an inorganic insulating layer, a light-emitting diode in, an encapsulation layer including a first inorganic encapsulation layer, a second inorganic encapsulation layer on the first inorganic encapsulation layer, and an organic encapsulation layer between the first inorganic encapsulation layer and the second inorganic encapsulation layer, a dam arranged in the peripheral area, and a power supply line on the inorganic insulating layer in the peripheral area, wherein a portion of the power supply line overlaps the dam, the first inorganic encapsulation layer and the second inorganic encapsulation layer extend to the peripheral area and cover the portion of the power supply line, and an edge of the portion of the power supply line overlaps at least one conductive layer on the second inorganic encapsulation layer.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a display apparatus includes forming a thin-film transistor on a substrate and forming a planarization layer to cover the thin-film transistor, forming, on the planarization layer, a pixel electrode electrically connected to the thin-film transistor and a pixel defining layer exposing at least a center portion of the pixel electrode, and defining at least one groove having a closed curve shape at a location corresponding to a second non-display area. When the thin-film transistor is formed, a voltage line is also formed at a location corresponding to a first non-display area. When the at least one groove is formed, a portion of the planarization layer disposed between the pad area and the display area is simultaneously removed such that a portion of the voltage line between the pad area and the display area is exposed.

摘要: A method of manufacturing a display apparatus that is capable of reducing manufacturing costs and a defect rate during manufacturing, and a display apparatus. The method includes forming a plurality of display units over a mother substrate; attaching a temporary protective film to a lower surface of the mother substrate; cutting the mother substrate and the temporary protective film along a periphery of each of the plurality of display units to obtain a plurality of display panels, each including a first area, a second area, and a bent area between the first area and the second area; removing the temporary protective film from the plurality of display panels; and attaching a lower protective film to a lower surface of each of the plurality of display panels so as to correspond to the first area in each display panel.
