Abstract: The present invention is a method for allowing a network system to automatically perform a configuration of a network management server without user intervention, and a method for allowing a load distribution device to manage the network management server comprises the steps of: receiving information indicating that a new base station is added to a network; transmitting the information on the new base station to at least one network management server; receiving processing time information on the new base station from the at least one network management server; and determining a network management server to which the new base station is to be allocated, on the basis of the processing time information.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to: a communication technique for merging IoT technology with a 5G communication system for supporting a higher data rate than a beyond 4G system; and a system therefor. The present disclosure can be applied to intelligent services (for example, smart homes, smart buildings, smart cities, smart cars or connected cars, healthcare, digital education, small businesses, security- and safety-related services, and the like) on the basis of 5G communication technology and IoT-related technology. A controller node is disclosed. The controller node comprises: a processor for generating a network element (NE) list on the basis of time zone information and threshold information obtained from a database (DB) node; and a communication interface for receiving a configuration information request message from a network element corresponding to the network element list and transmitting a configuration information response message to the network element in response to the configuration information request message.

Abstract: Embodiments of present disclosure relate to a method and an electronic device for determining a storage node (SN) for a network element (NE) in a communication network. The method comprises detecting addition of a NE to a plurality of NEs, wherein each of the plurality of NEs is dynamically allocated to a virtualization unit of a plurality of virtualization units, obtaining context information associated with each of a plurality of storage nodes and the NE upon detecting the addition of the NE to the plurality of NEs, wherein the plurality of storage nodes is located in the communication network and configured to store data associated with the plurality of NEs, and determining a storage node from the plurality of storage nodes for the NE, based on the context information associated with each of the plurality of storage nodes and the NE, wherein the virtualization unit of the plurality of virtualization units allocated to each of the plurality of NEs is updated upon selection of the storage node for the NE.
