Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device. An electronic device according to an embodiment controls a plurality of external electronic devices. The electronic device may comprise: a communication module configured to transmit a control signal to each of the plurality of external electronic devices; a display for receiving a first input for controlling each of the plurality of external electronic devices, and receiving a second input provided in a predetermined direction; and a processor for controlling the communication module to transmit a control signal corresponding to the received first input to at least one external electronic device corresponding to a direction of the second input, from among the plurality of external electronic devices.

Abstract: A first electronic device may include: a display unit that displays an execution screen of an application executed in the first electronic device; and a processor configured to receive an input for transmitting contents related to one or more objects selected within the execution screen of the application to a second electronic device and to transmit the contents related to the one or more selected objects to the second electronic device in response to the input. The contents related to the one or more selected objects may be displayed in the second electronic device without being displayed on the execution screen of the first electronic device.
