    Abstract: A beamformee device includes a channel estimator, first and second beamforming matrix providers and a dimension reduction unit. The channel estimator receives a NDP through a channel, and obtains channel information of the channel based on the NDP. The first beamforming matrix provider provides wideband beamforming matrices based on the channel information. The dimension reduction unit generates equivalent channel information based on the wideband beamforming matrices. The second beamforming matrix provider provides beamforming matrices based on the equivalent channel information. The wideband beamforming matrices and the subcarrier beamforming matrices are fed back to the beamformer device. Any one or any combination of the plurality of wideband beamforming matrices and the plurality of subcarrier beamforming matrices are selected from codebooks.

    Abstract: A wireless communication method, by a first apparatus, includes receiving a first Physical Layer Protocol Data Unit (PPDU) from a second apparatus, extracting a first field from a first signal field included in the first PPDU, and identifying the number of symbols in the second signal field included in the first PPDU based on a value of the first field, wherein, when the first field has a first value, the identifying the number of symbols in the second signal field includes identifying that the number of symbols in the second signal field is equal to or greater than a first number.

    Abstract: A method includes generating a first aggregated physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) including a first null data packet (NDP) based on an extremely high throughput (EHT) protocol standard and a second NDP based on an EHT+ protocol standard, which is a next generation of the EHT protocol standard, and transmitting the first aggregated PPDU to a second apparatus in a wireless local area network (WLAN) system. Each of the first NDP and the second NDP has a same duration, and the first NDP is transmitted in a first band and the second NDP is transmitted in a second band that is different from the first band.
