    Abstract: A temperature sensor, a processor including the same, and a method of operating the same are provided. The temperature sensor includes: a reference circuit configured to receive a supply voltage provided from outside the processor and utilized by a logic block of the processor for operation of the logic block, and generate, using the supply voltage, at least one temperature information signal that varies according to a temperature of the logic block and at least one reference signal that is substantially constant relative to the temperature of the logic block; and a digital temperature generator configured to receive the at least one temperature information signal and the at least one reference signal generated by the reference circuit, and generate a digital temperature information signal indicative of the temperature of the logic block based on the at least one temperature information signal and the at least one reference signal.

    Abstract: A defect detecting system of an automotive apparatus is provided. The defect detecting system includes: a digital function block including: a memory device configured to store data, and a first Built-In Self Test (BIST) configured to detect a defect of the memory device; an analog function block including a verification parity generator configured to: receive the data through a first path, generate verification parity of the data, and transmit the verification parity to the digital function block through a second path; and a level shift block connected between the digital function block and the analog function block, wherein the level shift block is configured to: convert the first path from a first power supply voltage to a first level based on a second power supply voltage, and convert the second path from the second power supply voltage to a second level based on the first power supply voltage.

    Abstract: An apparatus of detecting a relative position may include first and second receivers configured to receive signals transmitted from a portable device; and a processor configured to determine a position where the portable device is located and a direction indicated by the portable device based on a strength of a first signal received by the first receiver and a strength of a second signal received by the second receiver. The processor may be configured to determine the position where the portable device is located based on a sum between the strength of the first signal and the strength of the second signal, and to determine the direction indicated by the portable device based on a difference between the strength of the first signal and the strength of the second signal.

    Abstract: A semiconductor circuit includes a first selection circuit which selects a first battery or a first capacitor, a second selection circuit which selects a second battery or a second capacitor, a voltage measuring circuit which measures a first voltage of the first battery or the first capacitor selected by the first selection circuit, and measures a second voltage of the second battery or the second capacitor selected by the second selection circuit, a controller which compares the first voltage and the second voltage to generate a comparison result, and a switching circuit which receives a signal based on a target output voltage, connects the first battery or capacitor selected by the first selection circuit, and the second battery capacitor selected by the second selection circuit in an interconnection relationship based on the comparison result to provide to an output terminal an output voltage responsive to the target output voltage.
