    摘要: An imaging apparatus including: a lens configured to squeeze a real image to generate a squeezed image having a first aspect ratio; and an image sensor including pixels and configured to capture the squeezed image and generate image data corresponding to a final image having a second aspect ratio greater than the first aspect ratio, the squeezed image includes subregions respectively corresponding to the pixels, each of the pixels includes: a first photoelectric conversion element configured to generate a first photocharge packet; a second photoelectric conversion element configured to generate a second photocharge packet; and a floating diffusion node connected to the first photoelectric conversion element and the second photoelectric conversion element, the final image includes: a first pixel section corresponding to a first pixel signal based on the first photocharge packet; and a second pixel section corresponding to a second pixel signal based on the second photocharge packet.

    摘要: An image sensor capable of implementing a global shutter mode and a rolling shutter mode is provided. The image sensor includes a row driver, a pixel array, an analog-to-digital converter, and an output compensating circuit. The row driver performs decoding for a reset operation, a transfer operation and a read operation, and generates control signals. The pixel array, in a rolling shutter mode, performs the transfer operation on a second row group while the read operation for a first row group is performed, and receives an optical signal, converts the optical signal to electrical signal, and outputs the electrical signal as an image signal in response to the control signals.

    摘要: An image sensor includes a first layer including a pixel array region having a plurality of pixels arranged in a plurality of row lines and a plurality of column lines; and a second layer including a row driver selecting at least a portion of the plurality of row lines, generating pixel control signals driving selected row lines, and outputting the pixel control signals to control signal lines, wherein the selected row lines share the control signal lines, at a branch point of the first layer, the selected row lines receive the pixel control signals from the control signal lines in common, and the pixel control signals simultaneously drive the selected row lines.
