摘要: Provided is a secondary battery in which corrosion of an exterior body is stably suppressed. A non-aqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to an embodiment of the present disclosure comprises: an exterior body having a bottomed cylindrical shape and having a grooving portion in an opening portion; an electrode body and a non-aqueous electrolyte housed in the exterior body; and a sealing body caulked and fixed between the grooving portion and an opening end in the opening, wherein in a portion from the grooving portion of the inner surface of the exterior body to the open end portion, a powder of at least one among compounds selected from the group consisting of hydroxides, oxides, and carbonates is present.

摘要: An object of the present disclosure is to provide a high-endurance and long-life nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery including a battery case having sealing performance unlikely to be degraded. A nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a closed-end cylindrical outer can, a sealing body that closes an opening of the outer can, a resin gasket disposed between the outer can and the sealing body, a sealing member interposed between the outer can and the gasket, and a nonaqueous electrolyte. The sealing member has a multilayer structure including a first sealing member layer, the main constituent of which is one selected from butadiene rubber, urethane rubber, silicone rubber, chloroprene rubber, and isoprene rubber, and a second sealing member layer, the main constituent of which is one selected from ethylene propylene rubber, ethylene propylene diene rubber, and fluoro rubber.

摘要: A sealing body according to the present invention is sealing body for a sealed battery including conductive terminal cap, a conductive explosion-proof valve electrically connected to the terminal cap, a conductive terminal plate having an abutting surface abutting the explosion-proof valve, and an insulating plate disposed between the explosion-proof valve and the terminal plate. A welded part between the explosion-proof valve and the terminal plate is formed in the inner part of the abutting surface, and the plan-view shape of the welded part is a shape defining an enclosed region, a C-shape, or a spiral shape. A notch part surrounding the welded part is formed in the terminal plate. The breaking pressure of the welded part is higher than the breaking pressure of the notch part.

摘要: Provided is a cylindrical battery with which it is possible to suppress an increase in weight while increasing capacity. A cylindrical battery includes: an electrode body comprising a positive electrode and a negative electrode, which are wound together via a separator; an electrolyte; a bottomed cylindrical outer can for accommodating the electrode body and the electrolyte; and a sealing body that is fixed to an open end portion of the outer can by swaging and is for sealing the outer can. In regard to the outer can, the outer diameter of a body part for accommodating the electrode body is 20 mm or greater, and the outer diameter of the open end portion for accommodating the sealing body is less than the outer diameter of the body part.
