摘要: A disposable filtration device includes a plurality of disposable filter capsules connected with each other by lines, which are carried by a rigid holder. At least the holder and the lines between the filter capsules preferably are formed of a sterilizable material, so that the filtration device can be sterilized in the pre-mounted, i.e. ready-to-connect condition, and can be packed and transported without a risk of damage.

摘要: The invention relates to a connection device comprising —a line portion (10) having, at its end, a radially outwardly projecting abutment flange (14) for butting against a corresponding abutment flange of a further line portion which is to be coupled to the line portion (10), and—a ring-segment chain (42, 22, 38) comprising a plurality of ring segments (22, 38) connected to one another in a pivotable manner in a common ring plane, wherein the ring-segment ends which formed the chain ends can be latched to one another to give a ring-form connection clamp (42). The invention is distinguished in that the line portion is designed in the form of a tubular connection stub (10) with first thread means (16) spaced apart axially from the abutment surface (141) of its abutment flange (14), and in that each ring segment (22, 38) has a radially inwardly projecting clamping flange (24) and second thread means (26), which are spaced apart axially from said clamping flange and correspond with the first thread means (16).

摘要: The invention relates to an annular connection clamp with a first clamping flange (22) which protrudes radially inwards and with an axial counter bearing (24) which is spaced from the clamping flange and which is made of a first and a second half-ring segment (20), each half-ring segment having a first and a second segment end. 摘要: A filter module for sterile filtration and virus filtration of fluid media. The filter module includes a filter membrane with a porous edge structure arranged thereon and at least one anchoring element. The filter membrane with the porous edge structure is embedded in the anchoring element and serves as edge reinforcement to improve the connection of the filter membrane to the anchoring element. The texturing or surface roughness of the edge reinforcement provides an interlocking effect between the filter membrane and the anchoring element. The embedding of the filter membrane in the anchoring element provides a fluid-tight connection of the membrane to the anchoring element which prevents the occurrence of leaks in the end region of the filter module. A method for producing the filter module is also described.

The membrane folds (11, . . . ) are of different fold types with differing fold heights, extend from a respective fold edge (111, . . . ) resting against the outer tube towards the inner tube to the respective fold tip (114, . . . ) and are arranged along the circumference of the annular gap as groups of folds (11, . . . ) of different types. Each group has a mating fold (15) which extends from a mating fold edge (151) resting against the inner tube towards the outer tube to the mating fold tip (154). The height of the mating fold is no more than the difference between the width of the annular gap and the height of the fold type with the shortest height of the same group.

The disposable filter capsule also comprises at least two separate filter means, which are fixed in the housing and together with the housing form an inseparable structural unit. All the components of the disposable filter capsule consist of sterilizable, in particular gamma-sterilizable, materials.
